I couldn't have said it any better:
Target must have some sort of death
wish. What kind of idiot do you have to be to publicly announce to the
world that you won’t allow any gun-owners to frequent your business,
knowing that armed criminals target gun-free zones because of the plethora of defenseless and helpless people?
A businessman who has a vested interest in making sure his company
locations are safe from armed robberies and shootings should have enough
common sense to know that you don’t announce something like that or put
stupid “gun-free zone” signs up at the entrances. All you’re doing is asking for trouble.
These same business people wouldn’t dare put anything like that at
their own house, would they? Of course not, because they don’t want to invite armed break-ins. They wouldn’t want to advertise
that they have no way to defend themselves. That would be really
foolish. But for some reason, they’d make such policies for their
business.
