Erykah Badu concert in Malaysia canceled over her 'Allah' tattoo, report says

Never heard of her, but the article caught my attention. Watch for country-wide riots and a fatwah to be issued for her death. It's the Moozlum way.

Afghan Koran protests enter 5th day

An entire country, whom we liberated with the blood of our finest, is protesting the burning of Koran's which were desecrated by Al Queda prisoners so that they could pass messages to each other in prison. The military having spent 10 years trying to win the hearts and minds of the Moozlum should not have allowed locals to run the burn pit that day. They should have used U.S. military personnel and made it a top secret operation. This one flawed decision and mistake has totally undone 10 years of warfare and wasted the billions spent freeing these backward 7th century people, as well as the lives of our fallen soldiers. Moozlums working beside our soldiers are now executing them with bullets to the back of the head over this incident! Someone please explain to the Moozlums that the proper and acceptable way to destroy a Koran is to burn it. I guess the Mullah's forgot to tell the ignorant people, as it suits their plans to have the rabble roused in a frenzied protest.

In a classic libtard move, BHO apologizes again! For someone that claims to know the Moozlum world so well, he sure doesn't understand how showing them weakness encourages them to behave badly. As of this writing 39 have died in the riots, including 4 Americans. A leader with a spine would demand that the Afghans aplogize for wasting our time, money, and lives giving them a freedom they don't appreciate!

7 Afghans killed in protests over Koran burnings

U.S. response to Koran burning could fan flames, analysts warn

Warfront With Jihadistan: Obama's Sincerest Apologies
The Patriot Post (www.patriotpost.us/subscribe/)
Digest · March 2, 2012

Last week we detailed the accidental burning of Korans in Afghanistan, the standard Muslim riots resulting from those burnings, and finally, Dear Leader's expression of his "deep regret for the reported incident." How did Obama's apology work out for everyone? He credits it with having "calmed things down," but, back in reality, the latest body count is over 30 dead, including six American troops, and hundreds injured. Many of the victims were Muslim. We fail to see how killing members of your own Religion of Peace™ brings revenge on American troops, but we admit ignorance about the finer points of Islamist culture.

The usual assortment of leftists were out in full force defending Obama's apology from American critics. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said, "I find it somewhat troubling that our politics would enflame such a dangerous situation in Afghanistan." Maybe the good secretary should stop blaming her domestic political critics for the violence of Muslims half a world away. We find that somewhat troubling. Besides, as conservative commentator Charles Krauthammer pointed out, Obama didn't apologize to the Afghans. Rather, he apologized to a mob, hoping to appease it. Apologizing to a mob demonstrates only weakness and invites further violence, which Obama got. Interestingly, when reporters asked for a copy of the "apology," White House propaganda minister Jay Carney said that Obama's "sincere" three-page apology to Afghan President Hamid Karzai "is not appropriate to show" to reporters. There is little doubt that is true, though we shudder to think what the Groveler in Chief actually said.

There is good news, though. The New York Times seems to have observed that the Taliban is still a brutal bunch of terrorists with this all-too real headline: Beheadings Raise Doubts That Taliban Have Changed. Keen sense of the obvious.

Stop Feeding the Islamic Crocodile

So much truth here and so few in DC and the left who will head it. Thanks be to God that we have valorous military men to protect us from the folly of the left.

Stop Feeding the Islamic Crocodile
2/27/12 by Gary DeMar

“To sit back hoping that someday, some way, someone will make things right is to go on feeding the crocodile, hoping he will eat you last — but eat you he will.” — Ronald Reagan

Ronald Reagan was the consummate collector of great quotations. The one about the crocodile was borrowed and adapted from Winston Churchill. “Winston Churchill took a dim view of neutrals. For him there were only two options in the face of Hitler: fight or surrender. Each neutral, Churchill said on 20 January 1940, ‘hopes that if he feeds the crocodile enough, the crocodile will eat him last. All of them hope that the storm will pass before their turn comes to be devoured. But I fear — I fear greatly — the storm will not pass.’”

What was true of Hitler and Nazism is equally true of radical Islam. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu brought the crocodile story up to date when he spoke before the 66th session of the General Assembly at the United Nations on September 23, 2011, following Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas’ speech:

And these critics continue to press Israel to make far-reaching concessions without first assuring Israel’s security. They praise those who unwittingly feed the insatiable crocodile of militant Islam as bold statesmen. They cast as enemies of peace those of us who insist that we must first erect a sturdy barrier to keep the crocodile out, or at the very least jam an iron bar between its gaping jaws.

Appeasers to the Islamic worldview keep telling us that only a small percentage of Muslims are radicals. Some say it’s about ten percent. I’m not great at math, but I do know that ten percent of one billion is 100 million. That’s a lot of radical Muslims who want to see every aspect of Western culture destroyed.

What has President Obama’s apology for burning already Muslim-desecrated Qurans done for America? “Nothing but burning the White House can relieve the wound of us — the Muslims — caused by the Burning of Quran in the US,” the commander of Iran’s Basij force Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Naqd said.

He then added: “Their apology can be accepted only by hanging their commanders; hanging their commanders means an apology.”

The Islam world always saw President Obama as a dupe, a useful idiot, who would believe that appeasement toward a sworn enemy of the United States would bring about peace. In reality, the plan of the Islamic world has always been the destruction of all things non-Islamic.

President Obama’s June 4, 2009 speech in Cairo, Egypt, was the start of the appeasement process. The Muslims smelled fear and inevitable capitulation.

All of this reminds me of the long out-of-print book by John Ames Mitchell (1848–1918) — The Last American (1889) — that I have in my library. There is a sobering message on the dedication page and the book’s closing words:

“To those thoughtful Persians who can read a warning in the sudden rise and swift extinction of a foolish people [the Americans] this volume is dedicated. . . . Again upon the sea. This time for Persia, bearing our wounded and the ashes of the dead [the last American]; those of the natives are reposing beneath the Great Temple [U.S. Capitol]. The skull of the last Mehrikan [American] I shall present to the museum at Teheran.”

There are several ink etchings in The Last American. One shows “The Ruins of the Great Temple,” a devastated United States Capitol. Pray and act that it will not be so.

Why Does the Left Despise Valor?

When you read my profile to the right you will know how I feel about our military heroes and how much I support them. I grew up watching great war movies that demonstrated America's superior strength and strategic thinking, and how we were the key to defeating evil around the world. I felt a patriotic duty towards my country and wanted to be one of those elite warriors. (Unfortunately, I was not blessed with good eyes and was rejected for medical reasons.) I know that line of thinking is totally antithetical to libtards as McCullough points out in his article, which is why as I was reading it I was reminded of two scenes in the movie Gardens of Stone. In one scene, Goody Nelson raises a toast, "Here's to us and those like us, damn few left!" Hoorah! In another scene, one of the drill sergeants has a libtard hippie get in his face at a party, calls him vile names like baby killer and pushes the sergeant in the chest. The sergeant then proceeds to kick the living shit out of the fascist libtard, breaking his jaw. Hoorah! I'm sick of Hollyweird's attempt to demonize my country, which is why this film had to be made independently. I'm ready for more movies showing America's greatness and will go see this movie today.

2/26/12 Update: I saw this movie tonight. It is a must see! When the SEALs HALO jump you feel like your jumping with them. The action scenes are fantastic and our nations finest warriors are show as the heros they are! The movie also shows you just what an insidious enemy we are up against. Rather than sympathize with the radical Moozlum, liberals should be hugging and thanking a service man/woman for keeping them safe.

Funny that I mentioned the Gardens of Stone quotes earlier. They actually use the "Here's to us and those like us, damn few!" quote in Act of Valor. There are damn few of our elite warriors and they shouldn't have to fight under ridiculous rules of engagement that get them prosecuted. Those rules of engagement were apparently an attempt to win the hearts & minds of the Moozlum. Look where that has gotten us now that we burned a few Koran's that prisoners were using to pass messages. The whole country of Afghanistan is erupting in riots, 39 killed to date, including 4 U.S. service men, 2 whom were shot in the back of the head by Moozlums they worked with.
__________
Why Does the Left Despise Valor by Kevin McCullough

There is a pretty reliable predictor in America today. If someone says something nice about our military, the need to support them, or show demonstrative appreciation for them outright--that person is likely a person of the political and theological right.

I'm not sure why that's the case, but it is so dog gone accurate in the circles of punditry, media, and entertainment, I have to think it's not much different in other places where hard core partisan ranks exist.

This weekend is the perfect example.

One of the most important films to be made in such a long time--honoring our military--reinforces the love of family, the honor of sacrifice, the love of country, and most importantly deep appreciation for men who do things most of us would shrink from. Yet almost universally in media, punditry, and entertainment circles it is being panned as pro-war-mongering-propaganda-responsible-for-all-that-is-wrong. They base these arguments on everything from video games, to perceived war crimes.

They lay these charges at the feet of Act Of Valor, an independently produced film debuting this weekend.

But what I want to know more specifically is why?

Why were there repeated articles on GAWKER and HUFFINGTON POST this week--prior to the film’s release and in a couple of instances complete admission by the person writing the critique that admitted they hadn't seen more than the trailer--that included denouncements of danger, lies, and propaganda that this film contained?

Everybody knows that the left hates war. To a fault. I've debated leftists who believed freeing slaves, stopping the Holocaust, or liberating fifty million people from the suffocation of tyranny is somehow an abuse.

What the media will never tell you is that the right doesn't like war either.

But the difference between the two mindsets is simple: sometimes stopping a known evil is worth the sacrifice of the price paid.

The overarching problem for the left is that increasingly evil is indistinguishable, unrecognizable, and in some cases ignored. Pious platitudes about negotiating, compromising, or blaming America for her wrongs, somehow become a relevant response from the left when staring into the eyes of a tyrant who would kill us if he had the power to do so.

Which brings us back to the heart of Act Of Valor...

In a completely apolitical way Navy SEALs penetrate boundaries, carry out missions, and sometimes take lives of those who are committing the most heinous of crimes. The toll it takes on them as they carry out their mission is never seen--it's not really allowed to be, and the media seems little to care.

This film and every amazing frame of its mind-blowing photography, authentication, action, and yes story is an overt thank you to the SEALs--and by extension the Soldiers, Marines, and others--who put their life on the line, with only the backing of one another to cause them to believe they will make it home.

It's easy for the writers at Rolling Stone, CNN, Gawker, the Huffington Post, and even Mr. Moviefone to mock, deride, and seek to undo the tribute this movie paints.

But it does not make it less than the ugly gesture that it is for these leftist populated outlets to spill their bile upon.

Maybe I'm angry, because I have loved ones in harms way today as I pen these words. Not low-life drop outs that Charlie Rangel would have you believe all military service personnel are, but academically high-achieving, physical specimens that take their knowledge, their strength, their character, and their valor into the line of fire, to keep us from harm tonight.

I don't know what total box office proceeds will be when the final chapter of Act Of Valor's narrative is written, but I know that it is a great piece of filmmaking; it has action that succeeds better than anything Matt Damon ever made. And while the suave smoothness of the well-turned phrase isn't perfect, knowing that we owe our lives to the men who had the courage to reveal their identities even in making this film, gives me greater appreciation for its well-produced message.

Friends, don't buy the tripe. Act Of Valor is a demonstration of courage in that it even exists.

It is difficult to put into words how GOOD this film is.

It is even harder to put into words how important this film is.

And how much we owe... to "the damn few!"

Sean Stone is a tool

I just watched Sean Stone, now Ali Stone, being interviewed by Bill O'Reilly. When I read last week that he had converted to Islam in Iran I assumed that he was a brain-dead libtard. Now that I've seen him speak on The O'Reilly Factor, I've formed the opinion that he is a grand tool. O'Reilly asked him pointed questions about Ahmadinejad's positions regarding the holocaust not happending and his statements about pushing Israel into the sea. Ali couldn't give a coherent answer. He sputtered something about needing dialogue about the region and Israel. He sputtered something about needing Jimmy Carter to go over and fix things. Anyone with that frame of mind is indeed a grand tool.

Ali is quoted in a Reuter's article as saying "The conversion to Islam is not abandoning Christianity or Judaism, which I was born with. It means I have accepted Mohammad and other prophets." Mr. Ali Stone evidently didn't study Islam too closely or he wouldn't make a ridiculous statement like that. Anyone who knows the basics of Isalm knows that once you convert, you are a Moozlum for life and can be killed for apostacy if you turn you back on "the religion of peace." This is just one more example of libtards sympathizing and embracing Islam as their replacement for communism.

The Reuter's article: Oliver Stone's Son, Defender of Ahmadinejad, Converts to Islam

Update 2/27/12:
A good article I found at Godfather Politics,

Great advice! Those of you who belive in the Constitution, read #1. Those of you in the real estate industry and/or with kids going to college, read #2. Those of you who put gas in your car read #3. Better just read the entire article.

Here are the problems I see with heeding this advice: 1. The only way to put BHO in Constitutional timeout is to have a Congress with the cojones to hold him accountable to his oath of office - not happening in my life; or vote him out of office - our best bet. 2. BHO, like all libtards, refuses to learn from an entrepreneurial success story. He is rigidly following his marxist ideology right off the cliff. I believe he is incapable of embracing the truth and altering course. He is hell-bent on destroying this nation economicaly and militarily. Keiffer points out here that he is about to destroy 1/3 of our GDP via the real estate industry. 3. BHO is not going to allow drilling, mining or fracking for oil, gas or rare earth resources. In his view of the world, America is evil and has used these resources to climb to the top of the mountain, something which he has apologized for over and over. Doing so would also allow us to become more energy independent, which is the opposite of BHO's agenda to dismantle us and let other nations become super powers to replace us. I just heard on Fox News that BHO promised in his latest SOTU speach to open 75% of our off shore drilling - yet another unfulfilled promise - or as we say where I'm from, a lie.

Want Jobs? Try Dr. Babyface's 3-Step Plan by Katie Kieffer

America is showing her age. She had fun spending Sugar Daddy China’s cash; now she’s broke, tired and weak. Sadly, there’s no quick fix—no fancy wrinkle cream—that can erase decades of fiscal abuse from America’s face. To revive her youthful foundation in constitutional freedom America must take dramatic steps. It’s time for America to go under the knife; it’s time to call Dr. Babyface.

Dr. Babyface is a “plastic surgeon” otherwise known as yours truly. Except I don’t inject Botox into aging celebrities. Rather, I inject radical doses of freedom into aging governments. Here’s Dr. Babyface’s three-step prescription to revive America:

Step One: Put President Obama in Constitutional Time-Out

President Obama keeps stepping outside his Constitutional bounds. He needs to sit back and let Congress do its job.

The Constitution prohibits the President from using his executive authority to make laws or delegate lawmaking to extra-Congressional agencies like the EPA. Only Congress has the power to make laws and authorize military expenditures. Yet, President Obama continues to bypass Congress before intervening militarily in places like Libya.

Even if we could afford to do everything President (King) Obama wants, we can never afford to lose our constitutional liberties. March Madness starts soon and I’m sure Obama won’t mind taking a time-out from unconstitutionally legislating if he has a big-screen TV and a bracket board.

Step Two: Listen to Steve Jobs and Peter Thiel

Dr. Babyface believes in an apple a day, as in Apple Inc. Earlier this month, Apple beat Exxon Mobil for the title of the world’s most valuable company. Apple became 17 percent more valuable than Exxon and Apple's stock broke $500 for first time. President Obama could learn a thing or two from an entrepreneurial success story like Apple.

The late Steve Jobs built Apple to become a financial behemoth. Before his 2010 death, Jobs offered Obama advice on how to revitalize America. While Obama used Jobs’ iconic image to push his socialist agenda during the 2012 State of the Union address, he ignored Jobs’ advice, which included dramatically reducing regulations and abandoning the notion that everyone should achieve a four-year college degree.

The President claims that he has some goodies for entrepreneurs in his four-volume budget proposal. However, his budget is heavy on spending and leaves us with a $901 billion federal deficit that entrepreneurs say will lead to higher taxes, lower profit margins and fewer jobs. Since many small business owners file their taxes individually, the President’s plan to bump taxes on anyone reporting income over $250,000 will hurt budding entrepreneurs.

The budget even targets specific industries, like the commercial real estate industry—eliminating the carried interest tax incentive (15 percent rate) and taxing real estate partnerships as ordinary income at the 35 percent rate. In a healthy, free-market economy, the commercial real estate sector accounts for nearly one third of U.S. GDP, creates 9 million jobs and U.S. Treasury data shows that over 46 percent of all partnerships are real estate partnerships. Instead of replacing the carried interest tax incentive with comprehensive tax reform, the President is effectively amputating up to one-third of U.S. GDP.

Instead of heeding Jobs and cutting regulations, Obama has added new layers of regulation to the economy (think the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, the National Defense Authorization Act and net neutrality regulations.)

And Obama chastises American companies for outsourcing? His policies are literally forcing tech companies like Apple to outsource to China.

Entrepreneur, venture capitalist and PayPal co-founder, Peter Thiel, also has job-creating advice. He says that while we have innovated in the realm of computers and the Internet, we still need a technology revolution in sectors like travel, medicine and energy.

Thiel writes in the National Review: “The technology slowdown threatens not just our financial markets, but the entire modern political order, which is predicated on easy and relentless growth. The give-and-take of Western democracies depends on the idea that we can craft political solutions that enable most people to win most of the time. But in a world without growth, we can expect a loser for every winner. Many will suspect that the winners are involved in some sort of racket, so we can expect an increasingly nasty edge to our politics.”

Thiel’s prediction is unfurling: President Obama embraces anti-innovation policies like the Buffett Rule and infuses his speeches with class rhetoric that pits wealthy, entrepreneurial risk-takers against everyone else.

Like Jobs, Thiel shuns the notion that a $100,000-plus four-year college degree is the universal key to success. The New Yorker’s George Packer profiles Thiel thus: “Thiel believes that education is the next bubble in the U.S. economy. He has compared university administrators to subprime-mortgage brokers, and called debt-saddled graduates the last indentured workers in the developed world, unable to free themselves even through bankruptcy. … Above all, a college education teaches nothing about entrepreneurship. Thiel thinks that young people—especially the most talented ones—should establish a plan for their lives early, and he favors one plan in particular: starting a technology company.”

Instead of listening to Thiel, President Obama is offering to bail out college students. By executive order, he recently rolled out his Pay As You Earn college student loan bailout program. The program stymies entrepreneurship and lets colleges get off the hook for rising costs and failing educational programs.

The President should be encouraging entrepreneurial youths to ditch college and pursue a private Peter Thiel-style fellowship rather than pushing them to spend four years of their life accruing needless information and burdensome debt. Extreme innovators like Jobs, Taylor Swift, Rush Limbaugh, Michael Dell, Bill Gates, and Ralph Lauren helped themselves and society by skipping overpriced, cookie-cutter experiences like college.

Step Three: Drill, Baby, Drill

We need to drill, frack and mine for our oil, gas, coal and rare-earth resources. For example, we could immediately create tens of thousands of jobs and produce 700,000 barrels of American crude a day by building TransCanada’s Keystone XL pipeline. The State Department has twice declared the pipeline to be environmentally safe and the Obama administration is still blocking it on environmental concerns.

Dr. Babyface also recommends eliminating the EPA because this agency routinely and unconstitutionally undercuts Congress. The EPA’s rules send energy jobs to China and raise the cost of energy at home. For example, “green tech” like electric, wind and solar is unaffordable because of the EPA. The U.S. once dominated the mining of rare-earth elements that are necessary to produce electric car batteries, wind turbines and solar panels. But EPA regulations essentially destroyed rare earth mining in the U.S. Today, China produces and controls the prices of about 97 percent of the world’s rare-earth supply.

The EPA also cut corners to regulate the coal industry in ways that will lead to higher energy costs and job losses. In September of 2010, the Associated Press revealed an internal government watchdog report: “The Obama administration cut corners…” because the EPA issued “controversial and expensive regulations to control greenhouse gases for the first time” despite the fact that the EPA did not conduct sufficient scientific studies to determine whether greenhouse gas emissions do in fact “pose dangers to human health and welfare.”

To summarize, America needs a radical facelift. It will be painful. But Dr. Babyface has a simple, three-step plan: First, convince President Obama to take a time-out from legislating. Second, listen to Steve Jobs and Peter Thiel and encourage innovation by cutting taxes, expelling regulations and abandoning the cultural push for universal four-year degrees. Third, exploit our natural resources and eliminate the EPA in order to lower energy costs and propel manufacturing.

I will see you in the surgery room, America.
I'd like to see what happens when a group of Imams prays in front of the White House. I bet BHO invites them in and prays with them. We're just beginning to see hints of the tyranny BHO will use to rule us. I pray that he does NOT get a second term to implement his agenda. I agree with the author that our Founding Fathers would shed tears if they could see how the people submit to tyranny.

Obama Gestapo Arrests Group for Praying in Front of White House

Occupy Washington protesters have been camping on US Park Service property for the past four months. They littered and trashed the park. They urinated and defecated all over it. They even defaced public property and nearby buildings.

But few arrests were ever made.

However, let a group of six religious leaders kneel and pray in front of the White House, only to have Obama’s Gestapo-like US Park Police swoop down like vultures on a fresh kill and carry the men off to jail. From being on their knees in front of the presidential palace, the peaceful protesters were charged with failure to obey a lawful order. After being booked, they each paid a fine of $100 and then were released.

Father Wilde of Priests for Life and Rev Pat Mahoney of the Christian Defense Coalition organized the prayer meeting in front of the White House to follow up on the lawsuit that Priests for Life filed against the Obama administration to put a stop to the contraceptive mandate.

Speaking to a reporter, Father Wilde said,

“Occupy Wall Street protesters have been occupying federal property for months, but when we kneel in prayer, the police are called in and we are arrested.

“We knew that was the risk when we gathered today, and we will do it again regardless of the risk. What people of faith – of every faith – need to do now is stand with us.”

America has had presidents and other political leaders lead prayers from the steps of various public buildings. There is a chaplain in both the US House and US Senate and supposedly, the President has at least one spiritual adviser. In the US Capitol Building, there is a room that was set aside by the 83rd Congress as a room to be used for prayer and meditation by members of Congress. In that room is a beautiful stained glass window of George Washington on his knees in prayer.

When the first Congress of the United Statesmet onSeptember 7, 1774, it began with prayer. On that morning, Congress was very concerned aboutGreat Britain’s recent attack onBoston. Reverend Jacob Duché, Rector of Christ Church of Philadelphia, was summoned to lead the opening prayers. He first read Psalm 35, after which John Adams stated in a letter to his wife: “I never saw a greater effect upon an audience. It seemed as if Heaven had ordained that Psalm to be read on the morning.” Then rather than read a general prayer as was commonly done, Reverend Duché broke into extemporaneous prayer.

First we have prayer banned from the public schools and many other governmental arenas. Now we have people being arrested for openly praying on public property in front of one of the most revered bastions of America’s freedom. Only those freedoms have been revoked and people are no longer allowed to follow the examples of our Founding Fathers. And if those Founding Fathers like George Washington saw America today, not only would they be on their knees praying, but I’m sure they would also be shedding tears over what they see.

U.S. Capital Bombing Thwarted

When I first saw this article on Friday my first thought was outstanding police work. But as I learned more details I had to ask myself why 10 years after 911, DHS and ICE still cannot track and deport people who illegally overstay they visa - especially if they are Moozlums. This radical Moozlum, Amine El Khalifi, has overstayed his visa since 1999 - that's 13 years!!!! Why not just arrest him for that. I appreciate all the police work that went into a year long investigation and will probably net this radical Moozlum life in prison for attempting to bomb our capital, but none of it was necessary since the guy could have been arrested for being here illegally.

Now if memory serves me correctly, a lot of the 911 murderers had also overstayed their visas. 10 years after 911 and our governement cannot even track and deport people illegally overstaying their visa.

After reading the article, the first thing that struck me was the man was Moroccan and had a Moozlum sounding name, Amine El Khalifi, but no where in the article was the "religion of peace" mentioned. The article also mentions two other radical Moozlums that were arrested last year for working with Al Qaeda and trying to blow up the capital - Rezwan Ferdaus attempted to buy explosives for remote controlled airplanes to bomb the Pentagon, and Farooque Ahmed wanted to blow up Washington's Metrorail. Again, no mention of the "religion of peace."

Rep. Emanuel Cleaver, D-Mo., was interviewed about Amine El Khalifi's arrest and made a couple of inane statements, one about having to
"walk around with a little higher level of paranoia." Really Emanuel? I've been paranoid of radical Moozlums for about 30 years and extremely paranoid of them since 911, but thanks for the sage advice!

Notice that the media goes to great lengths to avoid any mention of the religion of the men arrested for terrorist acts. Could it be they're afraid to mention the "religion of peace"? Could it be they don't want to offend the "religion of peace"? Or could it be that they've traded communism for radical Islam as their cause du jour?

Feds arrest man allegedly heading to U.S. Capitol for suicide mission after sting investigation

Authorities arrested and charged Friday a Virginia man allegedly on his way to the U.S. Capitol for what he thought would be a suicide attack on one of the nation's most symbolic landmarks.

The federal criminal complaint against the suspect identifies him as Amine El Khalifi, a 29-year-old Moroccan citizen who has been living in the United States illegally since 1999 after his visa expired. He was nabbed following a lengthy investigation by the FBI, initiated after he allegedly expressed interest in conducting an attack. Court documents say he came onto the radar screen in early December after he told an undercover agent about an earlier plan to bomb a northern Virginia building.

According to charging documents, he first entered the country that year on a tourist visa, which expired and was never renewed. Khalifi was charged Friday in U.S. District Court in northern Virginia with attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction.

The suspect allegedly weighed hitting various targets ranging from a military installation to synagogues to a Washington restaurant before settling on the Capitol.

The man thought undercover FBI agents assisting him in his plot were associates of Al Qaeda. He purchased bomb materials including jackets, nails and glue in preparation for an attack. He even conducted a test explosives demonstration in a quarry.

When he was arrested Friday in Washington, he was carrying with him a vest that he had been led to believe was packed with explosives, but the material inside was not actually dangerous, Fox News was told.

A short time earlier, Khalifi had been praying at a mosque in the Washington area. His destination was Capitol Hill.

The public was never in danger, as he had been under constant surveillance for some time, officials said. The FBI provided the suspect with a disabled gun during their ongoing operation, Fox News has learned.

The U.S. Capitol Police, in a statement that confirmed the arrest but provided few details, said the suspect had been "closely and carefully monitored."

A senior source involved with law enforcement at the Capitol also told Fox News the investigation was "all very controlled." The source said the U.S. Capitol Police was involved with the FBI and other agencies in tracking the suspect "not more than a year."

A former landlord in Arlington said he believed El Khalifi was suspicious and called police 18 months ago.

Frank Dynda said when he told El Khalifi to leave, the suspect said he had a right to stay and threatened to beat up Dynda. Dynda said he thought El Khalifi was making bombs, but police told him to leave the man alone. Dynda had El Khalifi evicted in 2010.

El Khalifi had several men staying with him and based on packages left for him, Dynda said, it appeared that he was running a luggage business from the apartment, although Dynda never saw any bags.

"I reported to police I think he's making bombs," Dynda said. "I was ready to get my shotgun and run him out of the building, but that would have been a lot of trouble."

On Capitol Hill, lawmakers in leadership positions had been briefed on the investigation, though rank-and-file members did not appear to have prior knowledge of the case.

Rep. Emanuel Cleaver, D-Mo., called the plot a "stark reminder" of the dangers Americans face.

"I think it will encourage more of us to take the tunnel. ... Maybe we have to walk around with a little higher level of paranoia," Cleaver told Fox News.

Sites in Washington have long been a target for terrorists, especially self-radicalized extremists caught in FBI stings.

In September, a Massachusetts man was arrested for allegedly plotting to fly bomb-laden model planes into the Pentagon and U.S. Capitol. FBI agents claiming to be associates of Al Qaeda provided 26-year-old Rezwan Ferdaus with what he thought was explosive material for the remote-controlled planes.

Nearly a year earlier, a Virginia man was arrested for trying to help Al Qaeda plan multiple bombings against Washington's Metrorail system. For months, 34-year-old Farooque Ahmed of Ashburn, Va., had been meeting and discussing "jihad" with individuals he thought were affiliated with Al Qaeda, but in fact he was meeting with FBI agents.

In the past year alone, at least 20 people have been arrested in the United States on terrorism-related charges, according to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.

"Most of the arrests" have involved "lone wolves," radicalized online and able to use the Internet to build bombs, FBI Director Robert Mueller told the Senate committee last month.

At the time of Ahmed's arrest in October 2010, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, Neil MacBride, said the case showcases "our ability to find those seeking to harm U.S. citizens and neutralize them before they can act."

Fox News' Catherine Herridge, Trish Turner, Chad Pergram and the Associated Press contributed to this report.

Mali Besieged by Fighters Fleeing Libya

I thought a Taureg was a VW SUV. Now I learn that it is a "semi-nomadic people who inhabit the interior of Africa's Sahara region," and that they served in the Libyan army. Did BHO or Hillary see this coming? Was this part of their plan for instability in the region?

Egyptian kidnappers reportedly free 2 American tourists

Yesterday, 2/3/12, the news reports were all about the kidnapping of two American women and how the kidnappers were demanding the release of Islamic prisoners. Today, all the headlines and stories are about the release and how nicely the bedouins treated their captives. More evidence that the "religion of peace" really is very nice. No mention of the demands for release of Islamic prisoners today. In my opinion, that's very nice fo M3.

Obama's Fascination with Taliban Baffles Even Democrats

Want proof that liberals are idiots? Here's all the proof you need. Their flawed ideology and thinking defy reason. They truly believe that releasing some of the most dangerous Taliban from Gitmo will lead to peace talks with the Taliban in Afghaneestan! Liberals should'nt be allowed to breed, let alone lead. Their policy defies common sense and every lesson we've learned in the 10 year war against terrorism. Common sense will tell you, and history will tell you, that when you release a terrorist from prison he goes right back to the life of a terrorist and plans ways to kill you. Go ahead BHO, see if you can talk them out of being terrorists.

Obama's Fascination with Taliban Baffles Even Democrats by Bob Beauprez

The Obama Administration is reportedly working on a deal to release five Taliban terrorists held at Gitmo as an “incentive” to talk peace in Afghanistan. Taliban leader Mullah Omar reportedly has “demanded” the Gitmo prisoners release as a pre-condition to any talks. The prisoners are among the most dangerous captured since the 9/11/01 attacks. As recently as last May, the White House announced that the 172 detainees still at Gitmo were too dangerous to move.

The release of the prisoners from Gitmo is intended as a “goodwill gesture” by Obama merely for the Taliban’s willingness to establish a political office in Qatar to open “peace talks.”

According to the Israeli News Organization Arutz Sheva, Afghan Taliban Leader Mullah Omar confirmed “peace talks with the United States are on the horizon.” But, in exchange for an implied willingness to talk, “Omar has demanded the release of Afghan prisoners from the Guantanamo Bay detention facility and complete withdrawal of U.S. led forces from Afghanistan.” Included in Mullah Omar’s “demand” to Barack Obama is the release of Mullah Fazl Akhund, the former leader of the army in a war that has claimed the life of 1879 American troops and wounded 15,300 more.

Democrat and Republican Presidents have historically maintained a rigid policy of not negotiating with terrorists. Obama seems to have thrown that policy in the trash.

The British newspaper, the Guardian, confirms the same “demands” by Mullah Omar and further reports that “the U.S. has agreed in principle to release high-ranking Taliban officials” from Gitmo.

Three days ago, the Associated Press reported that “U.S. intelligence officials acknowledged Tuesday that the United States may release several Afghan Taliban prisoners from the military prison at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, as an incentive to bring the Taliban to peace talks.”

Did you catch that? Just as an “incentive” to talk.

In December 2011, Vice-President Joe Biden shocked the nation with one of his notorious gaffes claiming “the Taliban is not our enemy.” Instead of clarifying, the White House stood by Biden’s ridiculous assertion. But, on December 28 the Taliban proved Biden wrong. Three NATO troops were killed by a roadside bomb blast. The next day ten Afghan troops were killed in an ambush of a convoy delivering supplies to US-led NATO troops.

The Obama Administration’s strange fascination with the Taliban baffles even leading Democrats. Last June, Senators Chuck Schumer and Kristen Gillibrand of New York along with Robert Menendez and Frank Lautenberg of New Jersey urged the State Department to formally designate the Taliban a Terrorist organization, but the Administration continued to resist the obvious.

The only three criteria necessary to qualify as a terrorist organization are:

it must be foreign,
it must engage in terrorist activity,
its activity must threaten the security of the U.S. or its citizens.

“It is hard to imagine this agency (the State Department) can see fit to issue a report that doesn’t include the Taliban groups,” Fred Gedrich, a foreign policy analyst and former State Department official said at the time. “They have killed more Americans and conducted more terror attacks on innocent civilians during the past 12 months than any other terror group.”

Nine days after the 9/11 attacks George W. Bush issued the warning “either you’re with us or with the terrorists.” The Taliban harbored and supported Osama bin Laden and his al Qaeda base from which the attacks had been hatched. Within weeks U.S. troops invaded Afghanistan in what was dubbed Operation Enduring Freedom.

During the prosecution of the war nearly two thousand Americans have been killed along with a thousand more of our allies. Our forces captured many of the most dangerous Taliban operatives removing them from the battlefield and positions of command. It now appears some of the very worst may be given absolution by Barack Obama – who likes to talk.

Political Correctness and Muslims

O'Reilly is absolutely right in his summation that M3 believes they are protecting minorities by failing to report that those involved in honor killings are Moozlums. But I believe it goes deeper than that. The media elite and their editors have a far left liberal/marxist/communist ideology. Since our policy of containment largely worked and communism collapsed from with, the media elites have turned their communist sympathies to Islam. They deliberately do not report the evil and atrocities committed by Moozlums on a daily basis because they somehow believe their own diatribe that Islam is a "religion of peace." This couldn't be further from the truth, but truth and facts are things that liberals conveniently ignore when they contradict the liberal ideology/theology. Liberalism is a failed ideology. It has failed since recorded human history, but the liberals in America just will not give up on the idea. They will destroy America from within before they are through, and then they'll wonder why their ideas didn't work.

Political Correctness and Muslims
by Bill O'Reilly

The story is grisly: a husband and wife murdering their three young daughters, ages 19, 17 and 13, by drowning them along with their stepmother. The couple was assisted by their 21-year-old son. All were found guilty of first-degree murder in Ontario, Canada. They were sentenced to life in prison.

Mohammad Shafia and his wife, Tooba, immigrated to Canada from Afghanistan in 2007. Being Muslims, they believe in Sharia law, which in some cases allows so-called "honor killings" -- that is, if a family member deviates from strict Muslim teachings, other family members can execute them. Of course, that's insane. But under the Taliban in Afghanistan and in some other parts of the world, "honor killings" are allowed.

In his eyes, Shafia's three daughters were guilty of becoming westernized, wearing nontraditional Muslim clothing and associating with the dreaded Christians. So this demented father ordered the girls killed, as well as his first wife, whom he believed was aiding them in their alleged transgressions.

Reporting on the story in America has been scant and strange. According to the Media Research Center, the initial Associated Press report made no mention of the fact that the convicted murderers are Muslim. They were described as "Afghan." In fact, the only theology mentioned in the AP dispatch is Christianity, used while describing the boyfriend of one of the daughters.

On NBC's "Nightly News," anchor Brian Williams said this: "A verdict has been reached in a murder case that's gotten a lot of attention because it involved so-called honor killings of family members. In this case, an Afghan family living in Canada. It is a culture clash getting a lot of attention to our north."

Culture clash? Between whom? Afghans and Canadians? What is Williams talking about?

The reporter on the story, Kevin Tibbles, also avoided using the word "Muslim." He described the motivation for the violence as "a strict religious family that felt it had been disgraced."

What religion? Incredibly, the reporter didn't say.

This is no coincidence. The politically correct U.S. media are frightened by Muslim violence. They avoid the issue whenever they can.

Just think about what would happen if a Catholic father murdered his daughter for having an abortion. Would the AP and NBC News not have mentioned the religion involved? I think we all know the answer to that question.

Political correctness is dangerous because it obscures the truth. It allows certain people and groups to avoid scrutiny for destructive actions. Today, the press in America is dominated by liberal editors who believe they are protecting "minorities" by failing to mention facts that might cast them in a negative light. Thus, honest reporting is becoming almost obsolete when certain groups are involved.

Shafia, his wife and his son are Muslim fanatics who believe they have the right to commit murder in the name of their religion. Somebody get that dispatch to the media.
