I received an email from Jeff Anderson, Editor, Modern Combat & Survival (MCS) Magazine, titled '4 skills these RIOTS have made me re-think. . .' in which he asks "What the hell has happened to our society?"

Let me answer his rhetorical question 'What the hell has happened to our society?'  What has happened is that the anarcho-communists have absolutely no problem using violence to achieve their political goals, which by definition makes them terrorists.  We used to worry constantly about Islamic terrorism, but isn't it interesting that since the Wuhan virus pandemic Islamic terrorism seems to be non-existent?  Now we have to worry about domestic terrorists.  And what's possibly worse than the domestic anarcho-communists are the liberal leftwing politicians that are allowing them to destroy our cities' businesses and neighborhoods by not allowing the police to do their sworn job.  When are we going to see a police chief or Sheriff refuse the unlawful orders of these liberal mayors and fulfill their oath to uphold the law and protect our communities instead of resigning in frustration?  Why are the police allowing these violent protests full of arsonists?  One reason is politically correct politicians and police top brass.  They're more concerned with political correctness and appeasing their leftist base than doing the right thing, but then leftist politicians know little about doing the right thing.

President Trump's accomplishments and why he MUST be re-elected

 Last year I was traveling back from a business trip to Waterloo, IA, and heard Matt Staver, attorney, President, and founder of The Liberty Counsel giving a speech at the VCY America Wakasha Expo.  It was so good I ordered a CD of that speech and have taken the time to listen to it and provide you with the vital information that he presented.  Matt is a champion of religious liberty and free speech.  He's argued two landmark cases before the Supreme Court.  He's at the forefront of the culture war.  Most of the information below is direct quote transcript from Staver's speech.

Listening and transcribing is taking a lot more time than I had anticipated, so I'm going to break this up into several emails.  Also, yesterday while running errands, I heard Wall Builders on BOTT radio which tied directly into this topic of why Trump MUST be re-elected in order to save our country.  The person being interviewed was talking about how young people are when their world view is cemented.  It was thought to be around 18, but we now realize it is about age 13.  He also conducted studies and found that 98% of the people who believe socialism is a better system than capitalism DO NOT have a biblical world view.  This ties directly into the leftists' desire for power and their pursuit of removing our Judeo-Christian values from the public, especially in our schools.

Side note from Wall Builders - 20k illegal counterfeit driver's licenses were intercepted by CBP at the Newark, NJ airport.  Just another example of how our foreign and domestic enemies are trying to rig this election.

So hear is information from Staver's speech, outlining the accomplishments of President Trump in his first 1.5 years.  I challenge anyone to compare this record of accomplishment and putting America first to any recent Democrat president:

1. The Supreme Court

-The Senate Judiciary confirmation hearings for President Trump's Supreme Court nominees demonstrated how divided our nation is.  It demonstrated how the rhetoric has ratcheted up and how the left tries to de-humanize, and how leftist organizations encourage people to engage in civil disobedience and violence.  We're seeing conflict of world views taking place with an escalation on intolerance, rhetoric, and violence we've never seen before.  Why was Cavanaugh's hearing of such consequence?  Because Cavanaugh was replacing Judge Anthony Kennedy (President Reagan's 3rd choice).  Kennedy became the swing vote in 1992 in the Planned Parenthood vs Casey case.  Most thought that based on science and the decision in this case, the 1973 Roe vs Wade abortion decision would be overturned because Roe vs Wade made up the trimester system and when life begins. Viability moved from the 3rd trimester into the 2nd trimester. Medical science had completely undercut that by 1973, but by 1992 it was completely decimated.  All the legal scholars knew that Roe vs Wade had no basis in the constitution and combined with the medical evidence, everyone predicted that Roe vs Wade would be overturned.  Judge Renquist was writing the decision to overturn Roe vs Wade for 30 days.  Justices Renquist and Suder (both republican appointees) lobbied Kennedy to change his vote. Their argument for him to change his vote was that the Supreme Court has power only because people trust it, & if they don't trust it, it loses its power.  It's power is in persuasion and in confidence of the people.  They were worried that if they reversed the court's 1973 decision they would lose the people's confidence and therefore power.  Kennedy was persuaded to change his vote and the 5-4 decision upheld Roe vs Wade.  Kennedy also authored the 2015 same sex marriage decision that has no basis in the law, the constitution, or in the court's precedent.  There is NOTHING in the constitution that provides a constitutional basis for abortion or same sex marriage. Kennedy was at the forefront of both of those 5-4 decisions.  That's why there is so much controversy.  There are people who ultimately want those decisions to stay in place. They want a judge who will impose his/her own viewpoint on the people irrespective of what the constitution says.  It's a question of whether you believe judges should interpret the law or make the law.  There are people (mostly on the left) that believe that judges should make the laws that they want, since they can't get them past the democratic process in the legislature or a constitutional amendment.  This example is the tip of the iceberg.  Here is what's happened in the last 1.5 yrs (since President Trump took office at the time this speech was given).

2. Israel

-The U.S. recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel & the U.S. embassy was moved to Jerusalem.

-The first U.S. President in history, Donald Trump, visited the western wall and prayed.

-The Taylor Force act was passed.  He was killed by a terrorist from Hamas and the PA.  The act states that the U.S. will not pay the PA until they stop using U.S. taxpayer dollars to fund terrorism.  The U.S. has given hundreds of millions of dollars to the PA for decades under many presidents, which they used to pay terrorists and their families.  The PA used a sliding scale and paid higher for more damage.  All that is required for a terrorist to ensure lifetime benefits (food, insurance, salary, housing) for their family is to explode themselves and kill an Israeli Jew.  Because of the Taylor Force act, $200 million have been cut to the PA.  The PA is the government that teaches school children rhymes and skits to kill Jews.  Another $25 million was recently cut to the PA.

-A 10 year military aid package was approved to Israel.  The first F-35 Stealth fighter jets were delivered outside the U.S. to Israel.

-The PLO office was closed.  It existed only to discuss peace, but they never would discuss peace as they don't believe the Jews have the right to share the same air.  It's impossible to discuss peace and offer land for peace when the PLO/PA on the other side of the table don't acknowledge you're right to exist.

-The U.S. cut money to the U.N. refugee program that has a specific cutout just for the Palestinians & has caused a large part of the problem.  The U.N. treats the Palenstinians different than any other group that has no nation.

-The U.S. withdrew from UNESCO because of it's anti-Israel bias.

-Ambassador Nikki Haley negotiated $280 million in cuts to the U.N. budget.

-The Iran nuclear deal under Obola was absolute insanity and was de-certified under President Trump.  This deal caused all the middle eastern countries that were U.S. allies to feel that we had abandoned them.  A nuclear Iran is extremely dangerous, as mutually assured destruction doesn't work with them like it did with Russia.  Their ideology doesn't have a sanctity of life component.  They would prefer to go up in flames while bringing down the rest of the world. 

3.  Life

-President Trump was the first president ever to address the March for Life.

-In his first week in office, President Trump reinstated and expanded the Mexico City policy, which Obola often tried to overturn.  It blocked $9 billion dollars of U.S. taxpayer money to fund abortions, and prevented funding the one child policy in China.

-HHS enforced the conscious and religious freedom protections for the first time - restricts taxpayer funds from discriminating against religion, protects religious and moral convictions related to certain healthcare services, and prohibits discrimination based on religious or moral beliefs.

-Cut off funding to the U.N. population fund which was funding the one child policy in China, which required an abortion at any gestation age if you had already had a child.

-Signed into law H.R. 43 which overturned an Obola regulation which prevented states from having their own right to defund Planned Parenthood.  States were enacting their own laws to defund Planned Parenthood as they were using state and federal money for abortions and selling baby body parts as revealed through undercover investigation by Sandra Susan Merritt.  PP was found to be harvesting baby body parts to sell to corporations.  They had a checklist of parts they needed to harvest and sell.  One company the sold to was Stem Cell Express which had a catalog of baby body parts which they ran specials of the month.  Some baby body parts were being sold at 700% profit.

-At the time, Trump supported the pain capable unborn child protection act, as it has been proven that babies can feel pain at intense levels at 20 weeks.  The bill would have prevented abortions after 20 weeks.

-Issued guidance to stop taxpayer funding of abortion in the Obama Care exchange plans.

-HHS formed a new conscious and religious liberty division to protect religious freedom.

-Much more, but again, just the tip of the iceberg on what Trump has accomplished.  All of this is easy to forget because the media is full of rhetoric and countermeasures.  The media is full of false information (FAKE NEWS).  It specializes on minor things that make no difference.  It ignores much of what's happening.  Why?  Because there is a conflict of agendas.  There is a conflict of worldviews.  (The media is not supposed to have an agenda and worldview.  They exist to report unbiased news as a check on the government) Most of Trump's accomplishments listed here are NOT supported by large sections of the media.  Most of the media don't support Israel, the sanctity of life, or religious liberty (unless your a Moozlum).

4. Religious Liberty

-On the National Day of Prayer Trump issued an EO portecting religious liberty & required the Executive branches (agencies) to imlement religious liberty.

-Trump ordered the IRS to stop enforcing the unconstitutional Johnson amendment that restricted political activity or speech of pastors & churches.  A pastor can say anything they want from the pulpit except who you should vote for or on politics.  This amendment has never been constitutional.

-Trump gave the U.S. Attorney General greater authority regarding religious liberty issues.

-He issued an EO for faith based organizations that provided $13.7 million Americans with health insurance.

-He rolled back the Obola contraceptive mandate that required groups like Little Sisters of the Poor fund at no charge, contraception and abortion inducting drugs. Never before Obola has a government required its citizens to be complicit in human genocide.  This mandate required that the government conscript citizens to participate in what the government was doing. America, under Obola, had crossed a precipice no other nation ever crossed - requiring religious organizations to do the opposite of their mission.

-The DOJ directed the federal agencies to protect religious freedom.  LGBT symbols at the CIA & FBI were removed (yes they had official agency LGBT symbols).  There is now an era and directive to protect religious liberty; to ensure that individual who have religious or moral convictions against offending their conscious or violating their convictions, particularly on same sex marriage, but not exclusively, are protected.

-Took numerous actions related to homosexual, transgender, & other sexually related matters.  Within the first hour after inauguration, Obola's administration in 2008 shut down the human sex trafficking division of the Civil Rights division of the DOJ.  Trump re-opened this division (and you wonder why the demons in the deep state are after him?).

-On his first day in office, Trump removed the LGBT website from whithouse.gov.

-He rescinded some of Obola's last minute transgender policies that were enforced on the public schools; policies that would allow boys to use girl's showers & bathrooms.  This policy also forced schools on away trips to allow boys to bunk with girls if they said they identified as a girl.

-The DOJ dropped its lawsuit against North Carolina over its bathroom bill.

-Trump undid section 1557 of Obama Care which promoted transsexual rights.

-Trump refused to proclaim June as LBGT pride month in 2017 & 2018.

-Trump refused to light the White House in the colors of the rainbow flag & instead lit it in red, white,& blue.

-Trump reversed Obola's military policy regarding transgenderism.  Our military is a lethal fighting force, not a social experiment. Banned transgenders from serving with certain exceptions.

-Reversed the policy requiring DOJ to interpret the Civil Rights Act to include gender identity.

5. Judges

-More judges confirmed on federal Court of Appeals in 1.5 years than any presidency in American history.  70 confirmed and 80 are nominated. 1 in 7 judges on Court of Appeals have been nominated & confirmed under Trump.  That will translate into decades of impact.

-Staver's experience arguing before Obola appointees on Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court have demonstrated a radicalism regarding the Constitution.  They behave as if the constitution doesn't matter.  

-One Obola appointed judge stated that "We all know that the Constitution says 'All men are created equal.'"  He doesn't know the difference between the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.

-Trump appointed two Supreme Court justices.  Again, that legacy will translate into decades of impact.

-Through the decades, the Republican court appointees have been hit and miss.  The Demonrat appointees have all been hits because they pick ideologues that are activists.  Trump had experts look at the nominees and ask 'What is your judicial philosophy?' (do you believe in the rule of law, will you interpret the Constitution and the laws as written & not try to re-write them yourself), not if they were owed a political favor.  Now 1 in 7 judges on the Appeals Court and 2 of the 5 on the Supreme Court have that same philosophy.

-In law school students study Constitutional law and the Supreme Court is the father that influences what is taught.  If the majority of the Supreme Court doesn't believe in the rule of law and has an ends justifies the means belief, and they go around the law to impose their particular will, that is what will be taught in law schools. That's how future lawyers and judges will be trained.  This will influence the state supreme courts and international courts.  Israel's Supreme Court is also activist and uses the U.S. Supreme Court as justification for it's judicial activism.  This goes all the way back to the 1973 Roe vs Wade decision where they could not find justification for abortion in the Constitution, but said it was in the penumbra (astrological term).  What they meant was that they couldn't see it in the Constitution, but somehow we're detecting it from the outer glow of the Constitution.

6. Government

-Stave had 9 pages of single spaced examples.  Here is the tip of the iceberg.

-Ended $230 million in rebuilding payments to Syria.

-Secured for the first time EVER some of our soldiers remains from North Korea for proper burial.

-Secured for the first time EVER American prisoner release from North Korea.

-Started peace negotiations between North and South Korea.

-Singed an order for work requirements to receive welfare; incentivized people to go back to work rather than being punished by cutting off all benefits for returning to work.

-Nominated first female head of CIA.

-Collected record taxes in the first month of the tax cuts.

-Changed a 40 year civil service policy; the policy is now hire the best and fire the worst.

-Signed a bi-partisan bill to combat synthetic opiods.

-Cut federal bureaucracy by 16k people.

-Slashed government regulations; if you piled up the regs slashed in this 1.5 yrs it would be as tall as the screen at the presentation. (I remember seeing a press conference where Trump showed a pallet stacked over 6 feet high representing the regs he has cut).  These regs are difficult to follow and costly.  There is no oversight as Congress has delegated authority to an un-elected agency.  

-Implemented a policy for federal agencies that for every new regulation created, 22 must be repealed.

7. Economy

-Black & Hispanic unemployment rates were at record lows since records starting being kept.

-Jobless rate was at lowest its ever been since 1969.

-Black business ownership jumped 400% (did it move in a positive direction at all under Obola?).

-Consumer confidence was highest it had been in 18 years.

-Youth unemployment was at a 52 year low.

-Unemployment claims have fallen to a 45 year low. More people employed now than at any time in American history (Demonrats don't like this as people aren't dependent on the government).  The new problem is employers can't find enough workers.

-Worker median pay rate is at its highest level since 2008 (start of Obola presidency).  This is not a residual from something that was going on before.

-Highest median income ever.

-Business investments up 39%.

-Food stamp use dropped 500k in one month alone.  That's 500k people that are earning enough money to get off of food stamps.

-Home building permits at highest level since 2007 (remember when no housese were being built under Obola's presidency?).

-Oil production topped 10 million barrels a day, the first time since 1977.  At that time America was the largest oil producing country on the planet.  (Why?  Because we allowed people to produce oil, whereas Obola crushed our fossil fuel production).

Fans proclaim NFL ‘officially dead’ after players on ‘America’s Team’ get ‘green light’ to protest anthem

 As the author points out, the liberal media, the sports world, corporate America, and big tech are all on board with the social justice narrative.  The players think they are protesting systemic racism. Really?  They live in a country where they are idolized for their athleticism and paid millions of dollars a year.  No one cares what their skin color is.  If systemic racism existed, and the fans did care about the athletes skin color, the NFL and other sports teams wouldn't make enough money to pay these players multi-million dollar contracts.  We've also witnessed over the last couple of decades how popular black culture (gangs, rap music, etc.) has become with all races of kids.  Rappers, their music, and black gang culture are idolized by many.  If systemic racism exists, how are these things possible?  We've gone from slavery, to freeing blacks from slavery, to black being popular and black athletes, actors, comedians, etc. being idolized and treated like royalty.  How is this evidence of systemic racism?

The NFL is a place of employment.  The players absolutely need the ownership's permission to do anything, as they're being payed to play and entertain, not make political statements.

Jones said “I would hope that our fans, which I think that they will, will understand that our players have issues that they need help on, and they need help from the majority of America. They need help.”

The players need help?  With what exactly? Spending their millions?  If they need mental and emotional help, and it's looking like they do, as they're acting like giant crybabies, I think they make enough money to pay for that help.  I'm sure the NFL teams and organization also offer a benefit package that would get them the counseling they need.

Apparently the NFL didn't lose enough money in the last couple of years, since they are embracing the social justice narrative.  They deserve to have their ratings crash and lose so much money that the millionaire social justice crybabies will have to find another line of work - one where they will not be idolized and where no one will know who they are.

I've never seen a more justified case of pulling a big can of pepper spray and using it.  Or just start eye poking those idiots who were inches away, threatening and backing the poor diner into a brick wall. WTH?  What gives these morons the audacity to accost people who are trying to have a meal and DEMAND that they join with them in solidarity with their cause?  Well, we all know the answer as to why they think they're empowered to do this.  Since when is having a quiet meal equal to violence?  Typical of totalitarian fascists - their ideas are so good they have to force people to believe them.  Right now it's with crowds, shouts, and jabbing fingers.  But those of us that were taught real history know that eventually totalitarians use a gun to force their policies - they're just that good.

Murder soars in FNYC during lockdown & What First Century Christians Could Teach Us

First story: Even During Lockdown, Murder Soars in New York City

Typical liberal head-up-the-ass policies.  Whether you're talking gun control or the Wuhan virus quarantine, liberal jackasses believe that criminals will follow the law and the social contract.

"Criminals in New York City are needlessly putting lives at risk by not following stay-at-home orders when going out to murder people. Murders in New York City have reportedly skyrocketed more than 55 percent over the last 28 days, compared to the same time last year. While certain categories of crimes are down in New York City, like felony assault and rape, overall crime is still up 4.6 percent year-to-date.  Breitbart reports that between April 13 and April 19, murders in the Big Apple increased 100 percent over the same time in the previous year. Grand larceny auto is also soaring in the city, up more than 62 percent overall since the year before. Burglaries are also way up, some 25 percent in the last 28 days and more than 36 percent in the last week."

So, besides violating the quarantine, the criminal element is murdering, stealing cars at a soaring rate, and burglaries are significantly increased.  With the quarantine, they should adjust the stats, as I'm sure the majority of these are now home invasions.

And you'd think with the vast majority of the population behind closed doors, and the largest police department in the nation (about 36k officers), that there would be plenty of cops on patrol to check out any suspicious behavior.  I guess not.  This really slams the door shut in the face of the proactive policing advocates.  I'm admittedly biased here, as I was a security director and studied crime in-depth.  Security's job is prevention.  LE's job is to respond AFTER a crime has been committed - and they do an awesome job of gathering evidence, investigating, and apprehending criminals AFTER the crime.  They're ability to prevent crime is severely restricted by the very nature of their mission and culture.

Seemingly unrelated stories, however, the author of this story, presumably a conservative by the source, encourages us to not get caught up in partisan politics (This ties in with Story #1 with its example of libtard policies dictated by partisan politics).  Really?  With what we see today, knowing there is a deep state enemy within, plotting the destruction of our government and country, with the aid of the media elites (aka M3 - Mainstream Media Moguls), and both now openly aligned with the Demoncrat party?  If you don't get caught up in partisan politics, you might as well relinquish your rights, because there is a political party waging all out war on your rights.

He "remind[s] us to put our trust in God, not in government and not to confuse patriotism with the kingdom of God."  He also states that no matter the leader, nothing can stop the gospel.  OK.  I agree with that wholeheartedly.  Government is a necessary evil, but evil nonetheless.  When comparing the evils of types of government, I'll take the lesser evil of our capitalist Republic over a totalitarian communist regime (insert your favorite communist regime name here).  Our founding fathers put their trust in God to help them found a free nation with inalienable rights.  Yet they still fought bitterly amongst themselves and with communities over partisan politics.  Today, because partisan politics exist and are trying to take away our freedoms, we must rise to meet them, challenge them, and defeat them.

Most people who are good or are working toward good things, expect to be left alone to pursue their God given inalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  The problem we have is that bad people working toward bad/evil things will never stop trying to control and oppress the good people.  We have a political party that has proven itself to have an evil platform/agenda and that they and their co-conspirators will stop at nothing to gain power and control.  If you value your freedom and your inalienable rights, then don't listen to nationally syndicated columnists, even on conservative sites like TownHall, who tell you not to get caught up in partisan politics.  Partisan politics are all that exist today, and if you're not paying attention to them, don't expect to have the same rights and freedoms in the future.  There IS a war being waged for power, control, and to take your rights away.  Partisan politics is the front line of that fight, like it or not.

And I think he's completely wrong in his statement that 1st Century Christians would find the concept of partisan politics strange or unknown.  He's correct when he points out that they lived under "absolute monarchy. Or a tyrannical dictatorship. Or an oppressive, all-controlling regime."  But partisan politics were part of every culture and every government, even those strictly controlled.  He completely fails to mention the Sanhedrin who controlled the Jewish communities.  Although, they were ruled by Rome, they had some autonomy to control the local population, and we know that they were ruled by partisan politics.  That's one of the main reasons they opposed Jesus and had him put to death.  He opposed their partisan politics and pointed out what fools they were!

The author also claims that in ancient Rome there weren't rival political parties and that "while there were different social and philosophical factions, there was not a political divide. For the most part, the emperor was supreme."  Does he not know anything about the Roman Senate and it's legendary political divides and partisan politics.  Yes, the emperor was supreme...until the Senate decided to kill him.  I think that definitely falls into the realm of crass partisan politics.

Even Christ's disciples were caught up in partisan politics.  At least one, Judas, was expecting the Christ to be a political/military savior and free them from their Roman occupiers.  He and others were a little disenfranchised when they learned Jesus came to free us from sin, not from the Romans. 

The author starts to conclude by saying this about first century Christians, "But partisan politics did not vie for their attention. Or consume their emotions. Or divide them as believers.  That’s why I say that they would encourage us not to get caught up in partisan politics.But I believe they would help us to step above the political frenzy that so dominates and divides our nation."

I've already pointed out how wrong the author is.  How can you claim partisan politics did not vie for their attention when everything around them was partisan.  They had to meet in secret to avoid persecution and death from their occupiers.  They were overtaxed by their occupiers and always looking for a way meet their tax obligation or skirt it (does it get more partisan politics than that?) The disciples were divided with partisan politics in their belief about the messiah and why he was here.

Stepping above the political frenzy that divides our nation is a wonderful theoretical concept, but completely devoid of reality, unless you choose to bury your head in the sand and wait for your inalienable rights to be stripped from you, just as Jesus' cloak was stripped from him before his torturous flogging.

As with any mass shooting, murder, and the taking of innocent life, I abhor it.  It's a tragedy and justice should be swift and sure for the victims.

As I read of this event yesterday I was curios about the New Zealand PM, so I looked her up.  Jacinda Ardern is described on Wiipedia as a social demoncrat, a progressive, in 2008 she was elected President of the International Union of Socialist Youth, and her labour party campaigned on increasing immigration in this Fox article.  I thought Friday that the shooters were protesting the labour party's immigration policy, but no, apparently their goal was to force gun control on the U.S.

The mass murder in New Zealand is another tragic event that defies reason.  According to this article, 49 Dead In New Zealand Mass Shooting, the shooter that posted the manifesto wanted to use this tragedy to spark gun control in the U.S.  Huh?  Committing mass murder in a country with strict gun control, licensing, home checks on storage, and background checks including interviewing friends and family is supposed to make another country, the U.S., implement stricter gun control.  I can't even fathom that logic.  All he did was prove that the gun control zealots ideology doesn't work.

The left continues to baffle with it's logic.  CAIR director hits Trump with demands in accusatory press conference after New Zealand terror attack.  This was a mass murder in another country, on the other side of the world, and POTUS did condemn it, but this leftist loon demands that POTUS give reassurances that minorities in this country won't be persecuted.  Huh?
