American Carol

My wife and I went to see American Carol this afternoon. I highly recommend it. Two minutes into the movie we were chuckling and in several part we laughed really hard. The laughs kept coming up until about the last 10-15 minutes of the movie. There are lots of "Mohammed" jokes - jokes at the expense of Al Qaida and the Taliban, which you might imagine The Kansas Infidel had a good guffaw over.

I never got tired of the ribbing they were giving Michael 'I'm a fat, stinking, slovenly liberal POS' (or as he was affectionately referred to in the movie 'Uncle Asshole') Moore, or Rosie 'Those violent Christians are more dangerous than Haji' O'Donnell. The basic premise of the movie is that Moore is a Scrooge that wants to ban the 4th of July & he's visited by three ghosts - General Patton, George Washington, and TAD (The Angel of Death - played by Trace Adkins).

Given how depressing the liberals and socialists make the world, and how depressing it is to watch the enemy within media attack Sarah Palin like starving demons loosed from Hell, this was a very refreshing parody who's timing is probably Heaven sent. Do you breathe red, white and blue? Go see it to have a good laugh and to support something conservative finally coming out of Hollyweird.

Oh, and before the movie played, an awesome video of Kid Rock playing 'Warrior' showed. It was actually an advertisement for The National Guard. You can see the video and download a free copy of the song here.
