A month ago I reported that Egyptian lawyers had filed charges of criminal treason and crimes against humanity against President Barack Obama for his involvement and support of the Muslim Brotherhood.  However, there has not been one peep from the mainstream media about the charges which could see Obama drug into international court.  They have conveniently protected their socialist savior from the reports.
Now, reports from Egypt are connecting then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to domestic terrorism that took place in Egypt under the Muslim Brotherhood.  In an interview with Turkey’s Anatolia news agency, Naglaa Mahmoud, the wife of ousted Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi, she admitted her role in the nation’s violence.  She told them that she actively worked to help excite domestic insurrections to overthrown Abdel Fatah Al Sisi, the new Deputy Prime Minister of Egypt.  Perhaps the most internationally explosive part of her interview was when she said that her actions were in collaboration with Hillary Clinton.
Former Muslim Brotherhood activist turned Christian, Walid Shoebat translated part of the interview with Mahmoud.  What she said should shock you and should be enough to dash any 2016 presidential hopes of Hillary Clinton, but you know that the liberal mainstream media will keep this buried just as they have buried the news about the charges filed against Obama:

Qaffas: According to Anatolia Press, Mahmoud said, “I have between my fingers, a treasure trove of secrets from the White House and Mrs. Clinton fears my wrath.”She said, “I will not speak about Huma Abedin”. When asked if she had a close relationship with Hillary Clinton, Mahmoud said, “When my husband returns from his kidnapping, the one who led the coup will pay a hefty price.” Of Mrs. Clinton, she said, “We have a long friendship of many years. We lived in the U.S. and my children learned there. This friendship increased further when my husband became the legitimate president of the country.”
Mahmoud went on to say that they were recruited by the Clintons from the U.S. and began their friendship in the 1980′s. This appears to be a conspiracy that is being hidden.
When asked if they still have friendships with each other, Mahmoud said communications never ceased and that the conversations are all recorded. The wife of Mursi divulged that Mrs. Clinton seeks the assistance – both official and unofficial – of several members of the Muslim Sisterhood organization to help with problems in the Middle East. “We also have routine business dealings with the Clintons.”
Mahmoud further stated that “Hillary depends on us tremendously to help her succeed in the coming presidential elections, just as we helped Barack Obama win twice.” She is quite the looney bin to believe she helped Obama win.
When asked about her relationship with Michelle Obama, Mahmoud said it is very good but it never developed to the point of close friendship, like with Hillary.
On the ability of women to take the lead in the revolution, Mahmoud said that could indeed happen with the Sisterhood. “I have many wives of Brotherhood leaders with me. Many of their husbands were kidnapped and jailed too. I tell them to be patient, for you will have a great reward in the future. I tell them that if their husbands are martyred, we will see to it that they are married off to other men as soon as their menstrual period is over,” she said.

According to Mahmoud, the police will not touch the women, which is why the women are so effective.
On her concerns that the Muslim Brotherhood could be identified as a terrorist organization, the wife of the former President said she was not and declared that she and her colleagues are in the process of organizing a “coup against the coup”.
“We are under the condition of war and Jihad,” she said, “and we have a good command of the necessities of war, the ancient and the modern. I will keep the tactics of war secret because in Islam, war is trickery.”
She said her conscience will not be eased until all of the traitors are hanged in the gallows.

We have seen the video that was made during a cabinet meeting of Morsi’s Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood government that revealed that they consider the US an enemy with Israel that needs to be destroyed.  I’ve contended all along that Barack Obama should face charges of treason here in the US for aiding and abetting our known enemies as defined by Article 3, Section 3 of the US Constitution.  Now we have proof that Hillary Clinton is equally as guilty of treason and should also be tried for her crimes.

Our schools have become so politically correct that one school removed the word "Christ" from the song Silent Night in order to not offend non-Christians.  The politically correct libtard crowd hates the Christian origin of Christmas, but they love the secular commercial aspect of it.  What they've lost perspective on is the fact that the Pilgrims and Founding Fathers were devout Christians and this country's laws are based on Christian precepts.  They're enjoying the fruits of the labor of a Christian founded society, like the safety and security of the civil society Christianity creates, yet they hate Christianity and attack it at every opportunity.  Truly, liberalism is a mental disorder.

Christ has officially been removed from Christmas. At least that was the case at one middle school on Long Island, New York, where its holiday-concert chorus sang a version of "Silent Night" that had all references to "the savior" and "holy infant" removed by school administrators. But the effort to avoid alienating people seems to have backfired.

But that upset some parents, who felt the song was sacred and should have instead been left intact or instead been performed as an instrumental or kept out of the concert altogether. "'Silent Night' at its core is a religious song. It's a sacred, religious hymn that tells the story of Jesus's birth," father Kevin McDonald said at the meeting, as reported by the Kings Park Patch. Cobbling together lyrics to water that down, he said, "should have been off-limits." In the comments section of the Patch story, he added, "there were many other songs that could have been performed, and there really was no reason to torture the integrity and meaning of 'Silent Night,' a sacred, simple, and timeless Christian hymn."
At the meeting, administrators were quick to say they were sorry to anyone they offended. "I apologize for that — it's the last thing anybody intended. Going forward, it's not going to happen again. They will be more cautious and cognizant of this particular issue when they select a song," Superintendent Susan Agruso noted at the meeting. "They meant nothing wrong. Clearly, we could have done something different, and in the future we will."
A statement on the school district's website also acknowledges the situation:

"The Board of Education sincerely apologizes to our community members who were offended by the change of lyrics to the song Silent Night and we share in your sentiment. This action was not approved by the Board of Education or district administration, nor is it their role to approve the songs chosen for our concerts. We are aware that no disrespect was intended on the part of any staff member. We will be taking steps to be certain this never happens again. As a Board of Education, we have taken offense to this action and again offer our sincerest apologies."

The idea of Christmas carols being sung in schools — similar to that of manger scenes being displayed on public property — has come under more and more scrutiny by religiously diverse communities. In 2009, a U.S. appeals court upheld a New Jersey district's ban on religious music after an angry father challenged the ruling. This year, a South Carolina public charter school banned Christmas carols, with or without lyrics, from its concerts, while a Bordentown, NJ, school banned three overtly religious carols. But Bordentown, New Jersey, reversed its decision after receiving a letter from the Alliance Defending Freedom, a Christian legal organization, urging officials to reconsider.
"We get an enormous amount of complaints from parents around religious music, especially around holiday time," noted Liz Cavell, staff attorney with the non-profit Freedom From Religion Foundation, which "promotes the constitutional principle of separation of church and state." She told Yahoo Shine that Christmas carols, in particular, are "a common source of angst in public schools" but that the issue is a legally complex one.
While fights over public manger scenes are also complicated, she explained, "public school property is not like a public square or public sidewalk, as children are young, impressionable and mandated by law to be there. So generally, I think courts are much more protective when it comes to what constitutes an endorsement of religion." That said, Cavell added, "Music is a different area of law because of the objective nature of art. And there is a canon of sacred music out there that's academically valuable."
Still, the foundation's position is that public schools should aim to choose secular holiday songs (think "Jingle Bell Rock" versus "O Come, All Ye Faithful"), since "there doesn't seem to be a dearth of secular music out there." That way, she notes, "nobody's excluded, nobody's offended, and nobody's songs need to be edited."

Like I said in my previous post, "Liberalism is a Sin."  By now we're all familiar with A and E firing Phil Robertson from Duck Dynasty for expressing his opinion about homosexuality during a GQ magazine interview.  Once again the liberals show that while they preach tolerance, they do not practice it.  Liberals demonstrate again and again that they are the least tolerant element in our society, and that the 1st Amendment applies only to them.  Unless you agree with them, they will attack you and try to take away your mill stone.

In a recent interview with GQ Magazine, Phil Robertson, the patriarch of the family, expressed his Christian belief that homosexuality is wrong.
“Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there,” he said. “Bestiality, sleeping around with this woman and that woman and that woman and those men.”
Liberals with poor reading-comprehension skills say that Robertson was comparing homosexuality to bestiality. He was not making any comparisons at all, though. He was simply saying that as society becomes permissive toward one sexual abnormality, it will become permissive toward another. He wasn’t saying they are alike or that one was better or worse.
Of course Robertson has been put on “indefinite hiatus” from the reality show by A&E for these remarks. (Here’s a Facebook page titled “Boycott A&E Until Phil Robertson Is Put Back On Duck Dynasty,” which, as of this writing, has over 700,000 “Likes.”)

You have to respect people who publicly say things they know are unpopular with the powers that be. You have to further respect someone who doesn’t apologize for speaking the truth. Robertson did clarify his words, but he did not apologize.
“My mission today,” he said in response to the media backlash against him, “is to go forth and tell people about why I follow Christ and also what the Bible teaches, and part of that teaching is that women and men are meant to be together. However, I would never treat anyone with disrespect just because they are different from me. We are all created by the Almighty and like Him, I love all of humanity.”
Really, what was so bad about what he said? They were opinions. He could have said “I don’t like gay people” and it still shouldn’t matter. It’s his opinion! There is harm in acting out of hate, but there is no harm in stating opinions. As long as he’s not hurting anybody, why should it matter if he’s a homophobe, a racist, or any other sort of bigot? His opinions aren’t affecting anybody.
Celebrated homosexual and homosexual-rights activist Dan Savage, on the other hand, does go out of his way to harm others, and Democrats pat him on the back. Savage once detailed how he tried to give the flu to Gary Bauer, who campaigned for President in 2000 and who said, “Our society will be destroyed if we say it’s okay for a man to marry a man or a woman to marry a woman.”
Voicing an opinion? Horrible! Savage, who at the time had come down with severe influenza, was visiting Bauer’s campaign headquarters in Iowa. Here’s what he did while there, in his own words:

I go around the room licking doorknobs. They are filthy, no doubt, but there isn’t time to find a rag to spit on. If for some reason I don’t manage to get a pen from my mouth to Gary’s hands at the conference, I want to seed his office with germs, get as many of his people sick as I can, and hopefully one of them will infect the candidate. I lick office doorknobs, bathroom doorknobs. When that’s done, I start on the staplers, phones, and computer keyboards. Then I stand in the kitchen and lick the rims of all the clean coffee cups drying in the rack. I grab my coat and head out.

But merely believing that women and men belong together is bad?
President Obama himself has not only uttered unpopular opinions, but has enacted policies that have directly and indirectly harmed people. Why has Phil Robertson been fired and Barack Obama not?

Stopped in 80 Seconds: Armed Response, Not Gun Control, Halted School Rampage

I say it often here: "Liberalism is a Sin."  No matter how much evidence you put forth about the misguided futility of gun control, the libtards will not listen to facts or common sense.  It could be that their misguided, evil ideology is all about power and control, so no matter what the evidence says, they will pursue their ideological agenda because it will lead to them having more power and control.  Once again, a left wing libtard sociopath blew a gasket and attacked a school.  And once again, the only thing that stopped a bad guy with a gun was a good guy (or gal in this case) with a gun.

Back in March, we reported on Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper (D) signing into law the most sweeping anti-gun legislation in the history of the Centennial State, despite overwhelming opposition to the legislation.  The new law bans magazines with a capacity of greater than 15 rounds, imposes a "gun tax" for a background check when purchasing a firearm, and criminalizes the private transfer of a firearm, among other things.  The anti-gunners claimed these measures would keep guns out of the hands of bad guys.

Last week's tragic shooting at Arapahoe High School in Centennial, Colorado, left one student in critical condition.  The perpetrator, a senior at the school, was reported to have randomly shot 17-year-old Claire Davis as she sat innocently in the hallway.  As bad as that was, things could have been much worse. 

Information released this week indicates that the perpetrator was planning a much larger attack and was armed with a shotgun, about 125 rounds of ammunition, three Molotov cocktails and a machete.

According to a CNN story, Arapahoe County Sheriff Grayson Robinson said of the shooter, "His intent was evil, and his evil intent was to harm multiple individuals."

On his arm, the perpetrator had written in indelible ink five classroom numbers and a phrase in Latin that translates to "the die has been cast," according to the sheriff's office.

But as reported in the Washington Times, the attacker's mission was stopped short by the quick response of an armed deputy sheriff who was working as a resource officer at the school.  Upon learning of the threat, the deputy ran from the cafeteria to the library, yelling for people to get down and identifying himself as a deputy sheriff.  The horrific incident lasted only a total of 80 seconds and ended with the shooter turning his gun on himself in the library as the deputy was closing in on him. 

"We know for a fact that the shooter knew that the deputy was in the immediate area and, while the deputy was containing the shooter, the shooter took his own life," Sheriff Robinson said.  Robinson said the deputy's response was "a critical element to the shooter's decision" to kill himself. 

During a December 15 appearance on Face the Nation, Gov. Hickenlooper, was forced to admit that the very gun control bills he signed into law--and which resulted in the historic recalls of two state senators and the resignation of a third to avoid the same fate--did not make "a difference at all" in the school shooting.

"So things like universal background checks, I think they are going to make us safer, but in this specific case aren't going to make a difference at all.  And that's the challenge," Hickenlooper said.

What does make a difference is an armed response; but it only works in a situation where properly secured firearms are available onsite to be used by responsible, proficient, courageous people--in other words, the good guys.

A Cleveland.com story concludes that school shooters aren't interested in a fight; they're interested in soft targets that will leave them in control of the situation long enough to accomplish their evil deed. 

In this case, the perpetrators was met instead with a hard target--an armed, qualified security presence that was ready and willing to stop him--and did so in just 80 seconds. 

Gun-control laws didn't stop a possible massacre at Arapahoe High School. A good guy with a gun stopped the rampage and in doing so almost certainly prevented much greater harm. For that, we can all be thankful.

This story strays a bit from my original intent of this blog, but I'm tired of watching our federal government and the police in general trample people's rights.  I'm a huge supporter of the police.  I worked in the field myself and understand the thin blue line that protects us.  But the fragile paper the Constitution is written on seems to be shredded daily by the stories we hear of the abuses people endure at the hands of the police.  These body cavity search stories are becoming increasingly common and scary.  I can't imagine being confronted with the choices these victims have to endure.  I'd probably be jailed for the fight I'd put up.  If you try to body cavity search, x-ray, or CT scan me against my will, without my consent, things are not going to go well.  Obviously people with power, who are abusing that power, will not reign themselves in.  We The People will have to reign them in by electing responsible officials who respect the Constitution.

Of course, no monsters would be successful without their useful idiots to pave the way for their machinations. Enter … the campaign from Progressives (both sides of the aisle) and the mainstream media (MSM), in typical Marxist style. The assault on our First Amendment rights, especially our right to Free Speech.

We refer to it as Political Correctness (PC) … and it seeks to impose a uniformity of ideas and behavior on all Americans. It is consequently totalitarian in nature. Its roots rest in a version of Marxism which seeks to radicalize traditional culture in order to create a social revolution. And ultimate captivity.

Out of PC dogma comes the first term for clarification…

Islamophobe:Since 9-11, one term that has gained draconian might over truth-lovers in this nation is the faux term “Islamophobia”. This is a term used to cause paralysis in those accused, much like the word “racist” does. Taking there cue from the creators of “Homophobia” … who used the term to choke those with deeply held religious beliefs … Islamist groups like CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) found a way to begin the imposition of Sharia Islamic Law in the West … with the aid of willing useful idiot Progressives. Anyone accused of being an Islamophobe is assumed an ignorant, hateful lout, who needs to be schooled in the ways of “true” Islam. Sharia Law forbids anything “perceived” as slander concerning anything or anyone connected to Islam … be it the Quran, Muhammed or Allah. Islamorealist:Those who have actually schooled themselves on this totalitarian ideology that cloaks itself in religion … and have the audacity to share that wealth of information … are Islamorealists. They know the ideology’s books, perpetrators, and the deception this draconian dogma uses to oppress (and murder) its victims. They arduously disseminate the truth about this deadly doctrine and shrug off the paralysis plaguing others under the spell of this trepidation. But their love for freedom and truth will not allow them to falter in their quest to see ALL people taste Liberty.

There’s been a great deal of confusion concerning the terms “Islamophobe” and “Islamorealist”. The former was created to strangle free speech … the latter, to rescue free speech.

This battle is not new … it’s continued for centuries. Those desiring to rule in an elitist, draconian manner over others … versus those who long to live free under the liberty only a gracious God can provide, and share that truth with others.

This is the fight before us today. Lovers of truth took their stand in the past … giving blood and treasure for this precious commodity. It’s our turn now. Time to stand proud as an Islamorealist … defy those who live to see Liberty die.

As Michael Savage is fond of saying, there is no England anymore.  At least not the England that we're familiar with.  The England that was a super power and that survived WWII is gone.  In its place is a festering cesspool of liberalism which has allowed Moozlum immigration to overrun the once great nation.  Here's an example of the insanity of liberalism:

A letter written to the parents by the “Head Teacher” of the school reads:

As part of the National Religious Education Curriculum together with the multicultural community in which we live, it is a statutory requirement for Primary School aged children to experience and learn about different culture.

In other words, “Because Muslims are colonizing our country, your 10-year-olds now have to learn all about their religion.”

The workshop is at Staffordshire University and will give your child the opportunity to explore other religions….They will not be partaking in any religious practices.

Attending a workshop will provide “the” opportunity to explore other religions? Is that not the job of parents? If parents want their kids to learn about Islam, they can take the initiative. If they don’t want their kids to learn about Islam, that’s their business.

Ah, but wait. Is it their business after all? Don’t be silly! The letter continues:

Refusal to allow your child to attend this trip will result in a Racial Discrimination note being attached to your child’s education record, which will remain on this file throughout their school career.

That’s right, if you don’t allow your child to be taught the virtues of Islam by someone you don’t know, he won’t merely get a bad grade, oh, no; he will be called a racist. But not only will he be called a racist, but he will be called an official racist. Documentation and everything.

Since the field trip has nothing legitimately to do with education, and since racism truly would have nothing to do with a parent’s decision to keep his child from going, this amounts to nothing less than blackmail in an attempt to push an agenda.

Many of the parents are appalled by this, of course; they don’t want their kids to be officially labeled a racist. But only in a left-wing country could such a threat from school officials be cause for alarm in parents. In an ideal country, if someone were called a racist, he’d simply shrug and say “Okay.” And only in a left-wing country would school officials even conceive of the idea that labeling someone a racist would be an effective motivator. Because England is a left-wing country, though, it’s effective. It’d be effective in America, too, for precisely the same reason: America is liberal.

Extremism that is forcing Canadian officials to confront what they have categorized as a growing threat to their national security.

What is truly unremarkable is the source of this radicalization, orthodox Muslim Imam's promotion of extremism from inside the growing number of Mosques in Canada's Muslim communities. Something the international counter terrorism community has been warning the Canadian and US government about for well over a decade.

Perhaps Americans should heed the warnings broadcast from Canadian Officials. At one time, liberal Canada imprudently believed---as some of America continues to believe---Muslims will assimilate into our culture. Canada is warning Americans of the folly of these naive notions.

Rough estimates suggest some 3 million Muslims currently live in the United States. Presently, many US cities---Dearborn, Michigan and Minneapolis, Minnesota to name two--- are struggling with increased and unhealthy concentrations of Muslims refugees, Islamic centers, mosques and the unintended growth of Islamic extremism in these communities. After the Kenyan Mall massacre, intelligence reports revealed American Muslim immigrants---from both cities mentioned above and others---had participated in this brutal attack and murder of innocent non-Muslims, all in the name of Islam.

When it comes to Muslim radicalization and exporting violent Jihadists, clearly, Canada is not alone.

Currently, the violent aftermath of the Islamic Arab Spring has the Obama Administration---at United Nations insistence---clamoring to approve historic increases of Muslim immigration to the United States from formerly stable Muslim countries besieged by Islamic violence and Sunni/Shiite sectarian violence.

Americans may not realize---although they make up almost two thirds of US immigrants---Christian immigration to the United States is steadily declining. Moreover, for the last 20 years, America has seen its Islamic immigrant population double and its Muslim population rise. Why?

All over the globe, Christians are under attack. Muslim terrorist groups now claiming Obama sanctioned freedom fighter status are burning churches, executing those who do not convert; yet, I hear no Obama Administration calls to increase immigration of Christian refugees to the United States, just displaced Muslims.

Unlike Canada, US law discourages an accurate accounting of the numbers of Muslims currently residing in American communities. Never the less, the rise of the Islamic Mosque projects in American, the growth of Islamic conversions among our African American prison population and the increasing number of militant Muslim enclaves in America suggest Islamic extremism in America is on a similar trajectory to Canada's.

Moreover, all it will take to continue these dangerous and unhealthy immigration trends is American apathy and the ongoing pro-Muslim activity of the man in the White House.

Therefore, while we revel in celebration for recent failures of the President's Healthcare reform, I would like to remind America infiltration of our communities by our Islamic enemy continues. Unless Obama immigration policies stop, America, just like our neighbors to the north, can look forward to the uncontrollable Islamic radicalization.

A full-time professor on the faculty of the newly-minted Texas A&M University School of Law called for the repeal and replacement of the Second Amendment on Friday.

The professor, Mary Margaret “Meg” Penrose, made her controversial declaration during a day-long panel symposium on gun control and the Second Amendment at the University of Connecticut School of Law in Hartford.

UConn’s main student-run journal, The Connecticut Law Review, organized the event, according to Connecticut Public Radio. It was well-attended, primarily by law students, law professors and local attorneys.

Penrose was among the speakers, reports CTNewsJunkie, a Connecticut news site.

Penrose cited the Sandy Hook massacre, which occurred in Connecticut, as well as other mass shootings including the 2011 Tucson shooting that left six people dead and U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords critically wounded.

Noting her own outraged that Americans continue to tolerate gun violence, Penrose asked audience members to raise their hands if they thought laws intended to prevent gun violence have been successful. No one raised a hand.

Why does M3 take such delight in making fun of preppers when our government is obviously taking such great steps to violate our inaliable rights, control us, and herd us?  I've written several times here about BHO's campaign speech where he stated we need a "civilian security force as powerful as our military."  Others have written about it, but M3 colludes with the Socialist in Chief, so the story never gets any traction.

Well, now we have Obamacare in all its failing socialist glory, and the pages of the unafordable care act actually call for an officer corps (pronounced 'corpse' if your BHO).

Referring to a section of the gargantuan Obamacare law which discusses "the president's own commissioned and non-commissioned officer corps," Gohmert drew attention to the notion that under the pretext of a "national emergency," such individuals could be used to impose some form of medical martial law.

Under the Affordable Care Act, the Ready Reserve Corps is directed to "assist full-time Commissioned Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency response missions."

"It says it is for international health crises, but then it doesn't include the word 'health' when it talks about national emergencies," said Gohmert.

"I've asked, what kind of training are they getting….I want to know are they using weapons to train, or are they being taught to use syringes and health care items?" asked the Congressman, adding that "no clear answers" had been forthcoming on the issue."

Combined with the continued DHS arms build up along with the federal agency's hiring of armed guards with "Top Secret" security clearances, Gohmert characterized the issue as "very disturbing".

Iowa Islamic Leader Argues Sexual Abuse Charges Violate His Religious Freedom

Sharia Law at its finest.  Whether this Moozlum is guilty of sexual assault or not is not the point.  The point to take away from this is that he is arguing that being prosecuted for sexual assault violates his religious freedom.  So he wants our U.S. Constitution's freedom of religion, but he doesn't want to recognize our laws regarding civilized behavior and sexual limitations.  Typical Muzzy double standard.  They'll keep pushing issues like this, testing every venue to see what they can get away with and implementing Sharia Law bit by bit until we've lost our rule of law.  Islam is not a religion but an abomination and should be banned by law.  If Sharia is so great, why aren't Moozlums happy in the countries where Islam dominates and Sharia is the law of the land?  Why do they come to the U.S., commit crimes and insist they are above the law of the land?  Because it helps to establish their world caliphate.

Des Moines, Iowa Islamic leader Nermin Spahic is facing one count of third-degree sexual abuse and two counts of sexual exploitation by a counselor or therapist following claims that a 42 year old woman and her 18 year old daughter's claims that they were sexually assaulted by him during a religious ceremony. So now he is claiming that sexual abuse charges violates religious freedom.

Nermin Spahic is an imam at the Des Moines Islamic and Cultural Center Bosniak. The alleged sexual abuse occurred back in August 2013.

The Des Moines Register reports:

    An attorney for a Des Moines Islamic leader charged with sexual abuse and exploitation is asking a judge to drop two of the charges, arguing that they violate the man's religious freedom.

    In a motion to dismiss filed last week in Polk County District Court, Des Moines defense attorney Angela Campbell argued that Nermin Spahic, 40, had never met the two women who accused him of sexual abuse before the day of a religious ceremony that led to his arrest. The motion also says that Spahic never claimed to offer "mental health services" or counseling.

    Additionally, there's no evidence that the two women were "emotionally dependent" upon Spahic, the motion said. Spahic will also argue he is not guilty on the sexual abuse charge at trial.

    The woman on Aug. 12 called Spahic to her house in Johnston for help with her daughter, who reportedly suffered personal issues, including depression and drug use, police and court papers said. Spahic allegedly performed an Islamic ceremony that involved "chanting and rubbing the body with oil," court papers said.

The mother of the girl told investigators that her daughter did have a "history of mental illness and deception."

Spahic's supporters however, tell another story. They claim that Spahic simply engaged in a ritual ceremony.

Founder of the Des Moines Islamic and Cultural Center Bosniak Elvedin Sivac says that Spahic "doesn't deserve this."

Sivac came to the United States in 2005 and has known Spahic since that time.

Sivac claims that the ceremony being performed was a sihr. Islamic sources indicate that sihr has to do with magic and that it is used in various ways, including in a sort of exorcism, at least from the claims of Sivac. He

While Sivac claims that oil is applied to the body while the Qur'an is read, several texts from Islamic books and hadiths indicate that "magic," which includes incantations, medicines, smoke, mist and oils, masked as "healing," are haraam (unlawful) and kufr (disbelief). So one wonders whether Spahic is engaging in demonic activity (even according to Islamic teaching) or whether Sivac is engaging in taqiyya.

Another of Spahic's supporters, Nijaz Besic claims that Spahic also performed the ceremony on his wife and daughter and claims that he does not believe the accusations against Spahic.

Spahic bonded out of the Polk County Jail after his arrest and is scheduled for trial on Dec. 2. The mother and daughter have issued a no contact order against him.

My perspective is that Islam is a demonic religion and that its founder was demon possessed. I believe the teachings of the Qur'an are doctrines of demons and I believe the historical record of Islam demonstrates that.

The interesting thing in all of this is that the charges against Spahic are asked to be dropped because it violates the Islamic religion (ie. Spahic's religious freedom). Does that strike anyone else as odd? How can charging someone with what is determined to be a violation of the law (ie. Sexual abuse) be considered a violation of Islamic religion? The only thing I can get from that is the twisted thinking of Islamic doctrine concerning how Islamic men are allowed to treat women via Sharia law. Islamists don't care for American law. They have their own and they are hell bent on making light of American law in order to enforce Sharia, as demonstrated earlier this year by a director for CAIR Herman Mustafa Carroll when he said, "If we are practicing Muslims, we are above the law of the land."

Well, if Islamists are above the law of the land, why are they then appealing to the law of the land to dismiss charges of sexual abuse? I'll tell you. They use the law to cloak themselves when it suits them and then when they don't agree with it, they think they are above it. Taqiyya at its finest!

Perhaps this is merely akin to not being able to prosecute 9/11 Muslim jihadists because it violates their religious freedom. What say you?
