Operation ZERO - The true Atlas Shrugged moment

I have an idea for a peaceful revolt should it be obvious that the election is stolen again.  Just like our founders protested the tea tax by refusing to buy the tea at a higher tax rate, we can starve the government by changing our paycheck withholdings to ZERO.  Imagine 80+ million people changing their paycheck tax withholdings to ZERO.  It's legal, and we'd starve the government in short order.  It's truly Atlas shrugging - the producers refusing to participate in the government's foolish socialism and election theft.
