Amen brother!  Of course it makes perfect sense - that's why our government can't think of it or implement it.  The article really isn't that informative, but I included it here for reference.  Just the fact that Paul made the statement is enough.  He should be our Secretary of State, not the vile libtard Kerry.  Then we'd get some common sense foreign policy - like not giving money to our enemies.
