It would be horrible if this strategist's prediction came true, but I could see it happening since Putin has no respect for BHO or Kerry.  Hell, I don't either.  According to this strategist we only manufacture 7-10% of the Uranium we use for nuclear power plants.  The rest comes from Russia!  If Putin decides to stop selling us Uranium, 20% of U.S. households go dark.  With his approval ratings in the toilet, that would end his presidency.
