African Coalition Doing What U.S. Should Have in Somalia

Until I read this article I had no idea that an African coalition of Kenyans, Burundians, Ethopians, Djiboutis, Ugandans, and anti-al-Shabab (but Muslim) Somalis were attacking al-Shabab in Somalia, has driven them from Mogadishu, and is about to take their seaport of Kismay.  This coalition has been working for about a year to rid the region of al-Shabab, but that amazing news is nowhere to be found in the U.S. media.  Thank M3 for keeping this quiet.  This definitely is not news they should promote or share.  We really shouldn't know that al-Shabab, the terrorist affiliate of al Queda in Somalia which caused the "Blackhawk Down" incident is finally being dealt with.

Intolerance in the Gravest Extreme

Here is a great little story exposing the truth about Islam's intolerance of criticism.  Everyone knows this, but few will vocalize it.  Christianity is fair game for criticism because the critics have nothing to fear from Christians.  But critics of Islam have to fear for their lives as the practitioners of the "Religion of Peace" will not tolerate any criticism.

The following story can be found at:  The Untold Story of Islam

Author Tom Holland shook the Islamic world early this year with his book In the Shadow of the Sword. Now, he has taken his book and turned it onto a documentary of sorts called Islam: The Untold Story. Holland has the temerity to question whether Islam is legitimate based on textual criticism of its own book, the Koran.

To begin with, Holland compared the surviving documentary evidence of the birth of Islam with the actual text of the Koran and found several discrepancies. This is actually nothing new. Scholars have been finding supposed contradictions between the biblical text and documentary evidence for centuries. But Holland does not necessarily have an axe to grind with Islam. He is not, as many liberal scholars are intending to do with the Bible, trying to disprove the Koranic text; he is simply asking questions and trying to get down to the heart of the matter.
However, Islamic scholars who actually believe the Koran is reliable completely discount anything Holland has to say. When Holland asks a professor of Islamic Studies at George Washington University if a non-Muslim can understand the origins of the Muslim world, the simple reply is “no.” Holland’s own admitted non-attachment to the Islamic religion immediately disqualifies him from being able to answer the basic questions he is asking. Like a private club, Muslim scholars have little time or patience for interlopers like Holland. Their minds are made up already.
But would it even matter if Holland was a Muslim himself? The answer seems to be self-evident. If they are unwilling to listen to an outsider, or even acknowledge that his research is worth looking into, why should they accept the findings of a “heretic” inside the camp? Anyone, whether from within or without, who dares to question the legitimacy of the Koran, will be treated as an outsider and therefore, easily dismissed as unqualified. The system is closed. Denying or even questioning the Koran is grounds for being disregarded and ignored. A British reviewer of the documentary had this to say:
Herein lay another parallel story that was seldom far from the surface but which remained steadfastly untold. For decades – centuries even – scholars have felt free to contest the accuracy of other religious texts. Not least the Bible; what’s true, what’s parable and what’s just wishful thinking has all been up for grabs without any serious damage being done to Christian beliefs. Not so with Islam, around which non-Islamic scholars tread with extreme caution. I’m all for cultural and religious sensitivity, but the degree to which Holland tiptoed around the subject and apologised for his findings went way beyond what was required. Or would have been on offer for any other religion. It was almost as if he was looking over his shoulder, half expecting a fatwa at any minute.
And this is the real story with Islam. No one—researcher, journalist, or seeker—doubts that Muslims take their religion seriously, very seriously. So seriously, in fact, that apologies are often the first and last thing offered any time someone has the guts to ask questions about the religion—where it came from, who Muhammad was, what he did, etc. Scholars can feel free to rip the Bible to shreds and still sleep comfortably at night, but this is not the case with Islam. Anyone, even author/historians, must constantly reassure Muslims that they are not implying anything “true” when they question the Islamic religion, or its founder, or its truth claims because there is always a spirit of fear associated with Islam. And this is precisely why the professor at GWU was quite forthcoming in his answer: Anyone is free to investigate the origins of Islam, just don’t expect to be taken as being credible. The only “true” Islamic scholar is the one who says the Koran is correct in all it teaches. The Koran is true because the Koran is true; if it was good enough for Muhammad, it’s good enough for modern Muslims.

Irresponsible Bacon Owner

A group of Muslims in Staten Island, New York, recently gathered for prayer to celebrate the end of Ramadan, but they were dismayed to find the park unfit for their presence. As New York's WCBS-TV reports, "[B]efore most of the faithful arrived for Morning Prayer, it was discovered that someone had scattered a quantity of raw bacon on the field." That, of course, was a job for the NYPD's Hate Crimes Task Force (sadly, we're not making that up). As Muslims are forbidden to eat (or apparently be in the vicinity of) pork, someone must have really been spreading the hate.

As it turns out, however, the whole thing was a mistake. The Staten Island Advance received an anonymous confession from a man who admitted putting the bacon there. He explained, "It was going bad in my trunk and I put it out for the scavengers like the opossums and the raccoons and sea gulls, and I did not intend for that to cause anybody any problems." On second thought, this crime really is serious. How could anyone let bacon go bad in a car trunk?

Warfront With Jihadistan: 'Friendly' Fire

U.S. troops in Afghanistan have endured an increasing rate of so-called "green-on-blue" attacks -- "green" referring to Afghan Army forces, "blue" to NATO forces -- perpetrated by disgruntled allies or Taliban infiltrators. Some 40 U.S. and NATO troops have been killed so far this year in such attacks, and they show no signs of abating. In fact, U.S. troops are still fighting and dying at a rate of about one per day in Afghanistan, while nearly 70,000 troops will remain in the country after Oct. 1.
The primary task for U.S. forces now is to train the Afghans to handle their own security. There are approximately 350,000 Afghan security forces, but it is becoming increasingly difficult for U.S. troops to do their jobs with the rise in insider attacks. Yet preventing Afghanistan from again devolving into the terrorist breeding ground it was prior to 9/11 is still America's foremost national security interest there. As it stands, however, many Americans -- apparently including the commander in chief -- would rather forget about the war than remain vigilant.

DNC Lays Out Red Carpet For Radical Islamists

This article brings to light that the Demoncrats are opening their 2012 convention with a focus on Islam, and welcoming radical Moozlums Jibril Hough and Siraj Wahhaj from the Bureau of Indigenous Muslim Affairs (BIMA).  20,000 Moozlums are expected to attend.  The Demoncrats are calling this portion of their convention Jumah at the 2012 DNC.  Jumah, according to Wikipedia is the Friday congregational prayer that all male Moozlums are required to attend.

BHO is the leader of the Democrat party, so one has to wonder how much of this focus on Islam is his idea.  He's pandered to Moozlums and bowed to them numerous times during his presidency.  How can people not see that the Democrat party has been hijacked my radicals and openly embraces the enemies that swear to kill us?

9/3/12 - Here is an update on this event.  Once the radical nature of the guests was public knowledge, the DNC took the event off their website.  It appears that lack of promotion caused hundreds to attend rather than the predicted 20,000.  BIMA, the group invited to speak, is attempting to use revisionist history (in other words, lying about history) to create a Moozlum claim to being indigenous Americans.  Read the article while I try to quit laughing :-0.

Israel Faces The Cynical World

Jews are stereotypically known as smart people, so it is baffling that they align themselves with leftist liberal political ideology.  A smart person would know & understand that liberals and leftist ideology are a threat to the Jewish people and state.  God's chosen people have enemies everywhere, and those enemies are especially concentrated in the political groups they support.  I pray they open their eyes and see the truth.

75% of Pakistanis polled consider the US to be an enemy of Pakistan

Read this excerpt and weep.  I read between the lines that our State Dept. is worthless and our president is stupid, ineffective and knows nothing about foreign policy.  It also demonstrates that Pakistan is just another Moozlum nation that hates the U.S.  Somehow the POTUS' bowing to Moozlums hasn't make Pakistani's like us.  I guess I'd have to call that another failed liberal policy.

Read the full article linked below, as it is full of vital analysis about the Moozlum world.  There is a section on Egypt at the end of the article describing how Mursi is acting exactly like his predecessor - a dictator, but the international media ignores it.

"Pakistan: The former Pakistani Ambassador to the United States said Pakistan and the US should "divorce", in an address to a US "think tank." Ambassador Hussain Haqqani justified his recommendation that relations should be downgraded, in part, on the basis of a Pew Research Center survey in June that found that 75% of Pakistanis polled consider the US to be an enemy of Pakistan.
According to the account in The News, Haqqani said it was just as unrealistic for Pakistanis to think that the United States would side with Pakistan by launching war on India as it was for the United States to think Pakistan would give up its nuclear weapons or sever ties with extremists. He said, "Equally unrealistic is that Pakistan ... will give up support for jihadi groups that it deems to be a subconventional (sic) force multiplier for regional influence."
Haqqani described himself as a member of a small minority of Pakistanis who favor strong ties to the US.
Comment: In NightWatch's experience, the Pew Center survey significantly understates the extent and depth of Pakistani hostility towards the United States. The implications of the survey are far reaching. They mean that any Pakistani government that cooperates with the US is acting against the will of an overwhelming majority of Pakistani voters.
The only way that is possible is because the Pakistan Army wields power over national security policy and the civilian government does what it is told. The Army needs US military assistance to maintain the fantasy that it defends Pakistan from India, although everyone with sense knows the last thing India wants is more Muslims and tribal minorities.
In fact, the Pakistan Army generals need US military assistance to maintain the Army's control of Pakistani national security policy. Haqqani's address exposes that Pakistani national security policy serves no strategic US interests and will not change. What he also might have said is that US involvement in South Asia in the past decade has strengthened Pakistani ties to China."

Germany Bans Salafist Organization Amid Raids

The Germans are starting to realize the danger they're in from radical Islam.  With an estimated 4,000 Salfists in the country and known terrorist Yassin Chouka advocating the killing of members of the German media, they're acting pre-emptively.

Al Awlaki's emails to Maj. Hasan

More evidence in the gross mishandling of the Hasan situation within the government.  As Army Staff Sgt. Manning is quoted in the article, you can lose your security clearance in the Army for having a bad credit rating, but not for talking to a known Al Qaeda member.  Our leader's acceptance of political correctness in place of common sense will hurt this country immensely and cost many innocent lives.

Is Sharia Law a Threat to the American Judicial System?

Sharia is an obvious threat to not only our judicial system, but our entire way of life.
__________
Is Sharia Law a Threat to the American Judicial System?
In the last year, we have been hearing a lot of news about Sharia law, its dangers and its threats to the American judicial system. Most Americans believe it is a dangerous set of male centered sexist laws for the complete dehumanizing of members of the female sex.

Then there are those like Jamal Badawi who is making the circuit in the US defending Sharia law and telling us there is nothing to worry about. His latest stop was in Perrysburg, Ohio, a suburb of Toledo. He told the crowd that the states that were trying to enact laws barring judges from considering any foreign laws are reacting to Sharia hysteria.

Badawi also told the crowd that he believes it is very unlikely that Sharia law or any form of Islamic legal code could actually influence our courts and legal decisions without first being approved by the legislatures. He said that this is highly unlikely since only about three percent of the American population is made up of Muslims and then added,

“That is a decision of the people, not a decision of a small minority.”

“It is a question of accommodation and respect of the diversity of this country on which it was built.”

“Some people just have this hysteria that Sharia is something coming from Mars to destroy us. ‘The Martians are coming!’ It’s a big myth. It’s a scare tactic.”

Sounds good, doesn’t it?

Now realize that Jamal Badawi is a Muslim imam, author and professor emeritus at St Mary’s University located in Nova Scotia, Canada. He is also a member of the Islamic Juridical Council of North America, the European Council of Fatwa and Research, and the International Union of Islamic Scholars.

Additionally, the crowd Badawi was speaking to was gathered at a Perrysburg mosque and were predominately Muslim.

He may believe that there is little chance of Sharia Law ever influencing the American judicial system, but evidently he has not been reading any news of late or he is just plain ignoring the news. The first example of his flawed statement that comes to mind is the case in Pennsylvania where a judge acquitted a Muslim for physically assaulting a man who wore a zombie Muhammad costume at Halloween. Even though the assault was witnessed by a police officer and caught on video, the judge not only acquitted the Muslim, but verbally chastised the assault victim for being insensitive to Islam. As it turns out the judge is a Muslim.

Badawi also seems to be un-informed about the role that Islam is playing in the current civil rights movement in America. Actually, there are three different civil rights movements going on at the same time. One is about race, a second about sexual preferences and the third is about Muslim rights.

In the third one mentioned, Muslims are actively fighting for their civil rights and in so doing are actually pushing for privileged rights over those of other religions and especially at the cost of the rights of Christians and Jews.

In one of Badawi’s statements, he says that neither Sharia law nor any Islamic legal code will influence judicial rulings without due legislative process. He didn’t say that they aren’t trying to force changes and influence rulings. For example, look at what’s been happening in Dearborn, Michigan over the past couple of years. Pastors and a missionary have been arrested for trying to witness to Muslims or hand out Christian tracts to them on public property. Fortunately, the courts upheld the lawsuits by the pastors and missionary. In the latest attempt to silence Christians, the Muslim city counsel of Dearborn are trying to force Christians to sign away all of their legal rights in order to obtain permission to speak out against Sharia law on public property. Note that Dearborn has the largest concentration of Muslims in America and is home to the largest mosque in North America.

If you ask me, Jamal Badawi is trying to blow smoke in people’s eyes so they can’t see what’s really happening around them. States are not reacting to Sharia hysteria, but to a real threat that is already raising its ugly head in more and more places in America. Sharia law is already affecting American courts and local governments. If it’s not stopped now, it will spread like a plague and result in the imprisonment, injury or death of hundreds of Americans.

And this is one reason, among many others, of why it is so important to follow the words of the first Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, John Jay who said,

“Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers, and it is the duty, as well as the privilege and interest of our Christian nation, to select and prefer Christians for their rulers.”
