California's Most Ambitious Handgun Ban Now Underway

CA liberals just keep getting more whacky.  No matter the evidence nationwide that gun ownership reduces crime rates, they're wedded to their ideology that guns are evil and must be banned for our own good.  Realizing that they can't ban them outright, they're now creating micro-stamping laws that will ban guns by default.  Of course, as statists will do, they exempted law enforcement from their wacky scheme.  Why is it that the ideas statists come up with are not good enough for them or their government buddies?
